Avoid this company absolutely…
Avoid this company absolutely disgusting customer service. You have to contact them to arrange a return. I’ve emailed 3x with no response, no return address on their website and the label on the package was delivered rubbed out. A size L is more like a S. All I want is my refund, do they do this on purpose so you miss the returns deadline so they don’t have to refund you??? It’s absolutely disgusting

Just to clarify, the delay in communication was due to emails being sent to order@honeyz.com, rather than our customer support inbox help@honeyz.com, which is the correct contact for returns and queries. As soon as this was brought to our attention, the issue was escalated internally and has now been resolved to ensure this does not happen again.
Once we were contacted via Instagram, our team responded within 15 minutes and provided the full returns address, along with confirmation that you would receive a full refund, including your original delivery costs.
We appreciate you raising this and regret the frustration caused by the initial miscommunication. Customer experience is extremely important to us, and we’re always working to improve our processes.

The quality on the products is 10/10
The quality on the products is incredible. I really struggle with my figure to wear jeans as I have a small waist and larger hips, I don’t get a gap in these and I have the WHOLE collection. I’m obsessed, the customer service and delivery was great. I highly recommend honeyz!

I’ve been converted..
I’m not a Jean girl and never have been. Mainly by the way they fit and how they look on me. HOWEVER no word of a lie. I have bought a few pairs just to try on to give them a go and I am completely converted. They literally fit unbelievably. I am so obsessed and I cannot wait for more releases. These are a game changers. Honestly girls please trust this honest review and give them a go.

Amazing fit
I have to say these were the BEST FITTING JEANS 👖 I have ever wore ! Normally I can never get jeans to fit both my waist and hips but these were perfect 😍 Really great quality and love the style, so unique. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service. Really great clothing! Where has this brand been all my BBL LIFE LOL I always struggle to get into jeans, always having to get my clothes altered due to my big bum and hips. These jeans fit like a glove! I’ve ordered loads from them, sent things back etc, process has been really easy! Looking forward to the 2026 designs from this brand 😍👏🏽🔥

No clear information about how to return, states send a WhatsApp however 24hrs later that still hasn’t even been read, I have over £100 worth of clothes to return that will exceed the extremely short return window
