Having received your response to my previous trustpilot review there are a few things I wish to discuss with you but you continue to ignore my contact. Hiding behind a third party switchboard to screen calls. The truly appalling service continues!
For any potential customers reading this, avoid this company at all costs. Truly one of the worst out there. Having secured my £1500 deposit they then claimed they were incapable of completing the work that was quoted for and confirmed that my deposit would be returned. They then became impossible to contact for a number of weeks. Eventually they returned one of my calls and told me that (rather conveniently) the windows had now been ordered and they weren't able to return my deposit. The whole experience felt incredibly shady and I feel like I've been taken advantage of. Horrible company.

Finally resolved and went above and beyond in the end?
I engaged Homestyle back in November to install new double glazing (1 x French doors, 1 x Window) and they messed up the order twice. After much back and forth and somewhat lack of communication I can now report that the installation has finally been done. It’s been a frustrating process but since the installation they have gone above and beyond to apologise and satisfy my needs.
I was told they have had problems with a surveyor (who has since been let go) and they have since apologised for all the delays and problems caused during the process.
The installation itself (when it eventually happened) was fantastic and Adam & Peter did amazing work and the double glazing looks fantastic. I have also been called to say they have given me an extended warranty as a gesture of goodwill.
I would like to give a higher rating but due to the various problems up to this point I can only give 3 stars.
Overall though the glazing is fantastic and I’m very happy with the product and I was very happy with the after sales service I have received since to make up for the stress and problems caused prior.

One of the best.
By far some of the best builders/installers I've had. A Father and Son team of Max and John/Mikos (apologies for any misspelling) whom were a pleasure to see work and did the work above and beyond for two bay windows, one corner window and two single bedroom wide pane windows. They were courteous, on time, prepared, engaging and also cleaned and cared so much about the work. The Homestyle window products are fantastic, It's made the front and back of my house look like a new property. Quality products and Quality installers.

A Window to watch!
My installation is just finished and I'm smiling.
For years, I have filled, sanded, primed and glossed, original, single glazed, sash windows.
Sometimes, I do it hanging from a ladder for upstairs and it takes forever. No matter my care or that of a professional painter, it's always a bodge really. Every couple of years...it needs again!
At last I've taken the plunge to replace with Homestyle pvc sash windows and immediately know it was a wise decision.
Friendly, helpful, informative from start to finish, the windows are up (installed by a brilliant team) and they look even better than I expected... and I expected a lot.
They keep the style of my original windows but offer a maintainance free way to do it. Plus, they open in multiple ways, with an easy glide, when my old ones groaned or didn't open at all.
Homestyle tell you exactly what to expect, exactly what it will cost (with choices to fit your budget), tell you when to expect installation and arrange it to suit you. Then their expert team turn up bright and early.
Before you know it...your old windows are gone, to be replaced by gleaming, working, beautifully practical new ones.
If you are thinking of replacement widows, I can only say it's a wise investment. And if you choose to place your trust in Homestyle Windows to do it, I can honestly and truthfully recommend them, their products and services.
When you get exactly what you pay for, isn't it nice! Yes it is.... and I'm still smiling.

The fitter that came to install our new door got his head down and got on with the work, but at the same time, he was very pleasant and communicable and finished the work to a very high standard.
