Great Customer Service from Homestyle Windows
Homstyle Windows customer service is excellent. Everything from the initial survey through to the installation was stress free. Adam and Lee did a professional job and the finish was of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company.

Had my whole house done and been a brilliant experience from the sales to the installation. We had quotes from 2 other companies and finally chose homestyle and they did not disappoint us in an any way. The sales guys was very knowledgable and suggested what would suit our house and the installation people installed it all in 3 days leaving my house looking completely brilliant. Will also be placing another order with them for my mothers house as she also have loved the transformation

Homestyle 4 x Windows and 1 x Front Door
The windows and door themselves appear to be of very good quality and do appear to be fitted well on the day.
However the day of fitting was a long time being booked in with me. I had paid a deposit for them to be fitted but it was then months later in January 2025.
So a very cold day to have all the windows removed at the front and side of my house.
There were two teams in two vans who took out then fitted my windows and a front door on the day. From a very early start to approx mid afternoon.
One window handle was faulty and this was picked up in the snagging at the end of the day. Otherwise all the products appeared to be in good order and of a good standard.
However I did feel that one of the teams at my house were less respectful of my property and I had a broken curtain pole finial although removed from window area and placed on a bed out of the way in theory. Also a lot of dirty marks left on my light bedroom carpet as this wasn’t covered unlike the stairs and landing. Also damaged an indoor door mat that ended up ripped bizarrely and there were a lot of dirty fingerprints/ marks left on the wall on my landing and bedroom in places too.
So now at some point soon I will now have to redecorate & also replace my front bedroom carpet - which shouldn’t have been necessary really.
Also there was a problem with my house cavity wall insulation ( fine beads) leaking out during the fittings. I had discussed this concern before ordering windows and a door - with the Homestyle surveyor - and had been reassured that it wouldn’t be an issue/ there were preventative methods that could be used, however it was. The insulation balls were everywhere so even less are still in my walls now obviously!
My own Hoover was also used to try and clear up these and the other work waste debris in the house from this work but really an industrial Hoover perhaps should have been available/ provided by the teams themselves working here that day and the wall insulation should also have been cleared up afterwards in my porch and also outside my house…but it wasn’t and was left for me to do on my own after they had all left!
So I am somewhat disappointed with the whole experience but I am pleased so far generally with the products themselves and appearance.
The internal magnetic window blinds ordered give me privacy and angling of light and are very impressive, are modern and very slick.
Hopefully my one faulty window handle will be replaced very soon and should there be any concerns in future - then that my 10 year guarantee continues to be easily covered by Homestyle Windows.Com

Had my windows fitted today and…
Had my windows fitted today and couldn't have been more happier. The fitters jack and conner came very early and where I was told it would take 2 days they managed to finish it all in 1 day. They cleaned up after and have made sure my house was left in good state before leaving. Would recommend them to friends and family for sure

From start to finish the sales team through to the installation team they were great. They were informative they explain things over and over again and the installation team were neat and tidy they cleaned up after themselves almost as if I'd done it myself. They were quick and polite there's so much to say about tradesmen that are quick and polite thank you so much for the work you did and how you did it!

Love my new door and patio doors, what can I say that I am so so happy with the service I have had from Homestyle Windows, ordered and fitted before Christmas. What made the service more special was Adam & Lee who were so amazing from start to finish in everything from making sure everything went smoothly and to cleaning up. The product is much better than the customer experience
The product is great, well made and secure. The installation was excellent, with operatives taking care covering furniture and carpets etc. Customer service was poor. Installation took place 32 days later than originally promised. Having taken time off work for the month late installation I was told on the day that despite having checked the previous day, although my window frames were in the glazing units were not. Installation was completed the following weekend.

8 new window removal + installation
My wife and I found homestyle windows through social media and set up a free quotation and homestyle windows gave us an amazing deal which really did help my wife and I circumstances.
Once all measurements were taken and windows were made a date was set up for installation and they sent 2 guys who fitted all 8 windows with thr removal of the old ones in just 2 days. The 2 guys were really polite and considerate whilst also being professional with the job at hand. All 8 windows look amazing and have a great solid feel to them.
We would 100% recommend homestyle windows.

Utter bunch of cowboys!
Contract number 15085 (they like to claim reviews are fake)
Over 2 years after the job started…still no FENSA certificate or guarantees (although I’m sure the guarantee's are worthless)
Shoddy workmanship throughout, mistake after mistake. Takes at least 5 emails to get a response…if you’re lucky. Some character called Amer contacted me to ‘sort things’…his only interest was trying to get me to remove negative reviews!! Dishonest people and amateur workmanship
Date of experience I’ve marked on here is 2 years 3 months after the work started!!! Awful company…amazed they’re still in business.
