HomeSmart Soffit Installations
HomeSmart are very good at keeping in contact and letting you know of any scheduling changes. After agreeing to the work, it was only a week or two after that the date was scheduled in. I was also impressed with the available options for the individual parts, I was able to customise the look as I wished.
The work was carried out in a reasonable amount of time and looks very professional. It has definitely improved the appearance of my house. The installers were incredibly polite and cleaned up after themselves very well.
I’m very impressed with the work carried out and I would recommend HomeSmart to my friends and family requiring similar work to be done.

Professional, efficient
We first encountered HomeSmart as our neighbour was having some work done. One of their reps knocked on our door and showed us the examples of work being done and if we'd be interested. We arranged a meeting where a sales rep came and showed us some before/after pictures, took some measurements, and showed us the benefits of what their work would achieve. We had been thinking about doing this work for years and this nudge came at the right time for us. The work was able to be scheduled in quickly.
The joiner who did the actual work was quick and efficient and even helped us change the lighting over to something that suited the now roofed conservatory. Just a note to others, ensure the area is clear for them to work in before they arrive. HomeSmart were even able to send another worker to us a week later to help seal the conservatory from leaks which had been a historic issue we had.
Even in the recent heatwave approaching 30ºC the conservatory has remained an oasis of cool and been great for the children to play with friends.
Everyone we engaged with at HomeSmart was easy going, polite and professional.

A complete transformation of our bungalow with new patio doors, beautiful conservatory, and neat kitchen rear door and window. Very clean & tidy work by a brilliant workforce.
Special thanks to 'Master' Lee with Marcus who made it all come together.
Together with 'Silver Trowel' Ben who managed to undertake brilliant brickwork in a confined area, aided by Joey.

The service I received was spot on
The service I received was spot on, the installation team turned up bright and early and got on with the job, no messing. The two guys were polite and explained what they were doing as work progressed,they worked in a clean and tidy fashion and left the job tidy when finished so a big thank you to them and Marc in the office.

Garden room refurbishment
I had a garage roof replaced and french/patio doors put into my old garage which is being transformed to a garden room. Homesmart arranged and catered for some building work, roofing and double glazing. The service provide was excellent from consultation to tradesmen completing the work to a very good standard and leaving everywhere clean and tidy . Everyone provided a professional service and I was kept informed every step of the way. A big shout out to Mark in the office who was very personable and helpful. I am very pleased with the job they have completed and would recommend their services.

Oakley New Driveway
From the very begining, Homesmart were approachable, kept us in the loop with their driveway teams and came when they said they would. 3 days were lost due to no fault of Homesmart yet they went the extra mile to complete the job on time, to the extent of having a team of 3 on the Saturday of the early May bank holiday, who came early and worked until early evening to finish the job on time.
Really impressed with the whole package.

Absolutely appalling experience from…
Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. The patio is in a shocking state — the slabs are uneven, lumpy, and already chipped, making the whole area look poorly done and unsafe to walk on. The workmanship is clearly substandard, with no attention to detail whatsoever.
What’s worse is the complete lack of aftercare or accountability. Once the job was “finished,” there was no follow-up, no attempt to fix the obvious issues, and no response to concerns raised.
To top it all off, the rest of the garden was left in a mess — damaged, untidy, and far worse than before they started. For the price charged, this was nothing short of a rip-off.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company unless you want to waste your money and end up with more problems than you started with.

I am very sorry to learn that you feel dissatisfied with the work carried out by us.
Whilst I agree that regrettably on this occasion, we failed to satisfy your requirements in the first instance, I am puzzled by any suggestion that we have not then responded by upholding our commitment and promise to yourself, as we do to each of our customers, to at least then do all we possibly can to rectify any outstanding issues.
I wish to clarify the following;
The original paving slabs chosen were changed, at your request.
The alternative option was chosen and approved by yourself on site, prior to installation.
Following completion, we carried out a remedial visit and arranged a further follow up visit at your request, which was attended to promptly and efficiently.
On completion of the remedial on our final visit, you confirmed with our customer care team that you were in-fact now very happy with the work, and very satisfied with the final result achieved.
No further communication has been received from yourself stating otherwise, aside from writing this review.
We have;
-Swiftly responded and attended to, each and every issue raised.
-Completed extra works requested by yourself, outside of the agreed works schedule, which we did as a gesture, completely free of charge for you.
-We will continue to put right anything you report to us as still being wrong, as we have done with every single point you have asked us to so far.

Great quality bespoke new door
We have had a new front door installed today by HomeSmart Installations. This was by far from being the cheapest option we investigated. However, the service from start to finish was professional, accurate and timely. We now have a solid, well built and well fitted new door to our bungalow.

Miscellaneous Tidy Up and Maintenance
Our most recent experience showed the flexibility of HomeSmart. We needed various tidy up type jobs to be done, repointing, increase height of retaining wall, re-siting patio Indian Sandstone slabs plus other smaller tasks. All jobs that would never get done if left to me. A case of no job is too small for HomeSmart.
We had Darren and John undertake the work. We knew Darren from the groundworks of our conservatory and new patio from 4 years ago, so knew we would have a good job. Always happy to provide suggestion on the best options and left everything clean and tidy every day.
It is why we keep going back to HomeSmart.

Chimney repointing and Conservatory roof installation
HomeSmart carried out two separate jobs at our home on two separate dates. The builder who repointed our chimney was polite, friendly, worked efficiently and the job was completed to an excellent standard. The other job was to install conservatory roof insulation and once again the fitter worked quickly, was polite, friendly and the finished project is absolutely perfect.
