I initially received a home call…
I initially received a home call shortly after we moved into our property. At the time, I made it clear that we weren't sure what work we wanted to do yet and that, as my husband is a builder, he would most likely carry out any work himself. Despite this, I was encouraged to have someone come out and provide a quote.
A few weeks later, I received another call to arrange a visit, even though I again explained that we had only recently moved and were in no rush to get anything done. I was also told that the quote would remain valid for a year, which was used as a reason to proceed with the appointment.
However, nobody attended at the arranged time, and since then I have been receiving calls 2-3 times a week. This has been ongoing since November 2025 and, despite making my position clear on multiple occasions, the calls have continued.
I've already explained that we are not currently looking to proceed, I find the level of contact excessive and unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the service I have received and feel that the repeated calls are now bordering on harassment.

Pressure selling
I had a bad experience with one of the sales staff trying to pressure sell. I have since had a sincere apology and the remedial action that the company is taking. I hope that lessons have been learnt

Professional and courteous service throughout the process.
The proposed work to our facias was clearly explained to us at the initial meeting and a fair price agreed.
We were informed throughout the process of the need to amend the date of our work due to the extreme heat, and the firm worked incredibly hard to work promote one availability.
The materials, scaffolding and workforce all arrived at the appointed time and throughout the build we were kept informed of what was going on. The workforce were courteous and extremely hard working. Even to the extent of sweeping our path of dust on their hands and knees. A small point in the scheme of things but demonstrates the thoroughness of the firm’s attention to detail.

I wanted a new garage door that was easier for me to use.
I wanted a new garage door and wasn't sure how to go about it. HomeSmart was recommended to me.
Right from the initial visit from the salesman everything went very smoothly, He explained fully all the options open to me.
The installation was perfect, the workmen were very polite and it took a little over an hour,and they left everything clean and tidy,
I am thrilled with my new electric garage door.

Would definitely recommen HomeSmart Ltd
Very satisfied with HomeSmart and their attentiveness in explaining the procedure in regards to my safety - I live on my own - which prompted them to asked if I would like two people to attend when explaining what was involved. Declined their offer as I felt quite comfortable with the sales person who was friendly and polite and took me thru what was involved. Also would like to mention Mark & Mason, who did the work I required, 2 window's replaced and new guttering. Very efficient, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company.

Friendly helpful staff.
We were impressed by the friendly,helpful staff.They really seemed to put the customer first.
All the staff we dealt with either face to face or by phone were keen to make sure we were happy with our order and we were getting what we wanted.And we certainly did.We are so thrilled with how our conservatory looks and feels like now.The Installer did a first rate job,and cleaned up when he was finished.Cannot praise them more.
