Don't use it, please
This was an incredibly poor excuse for outward-facing customer work. I have been in a constant limbo of checking my guarantor's pay for the past 2 months and 10 days. I do not know what KPI Homeppl use, but surely they've gone past each and every one of them.
There's no feedback on provided documents, there's no chase for documents, there's no support - only endless automated emails requesting the same documents over and over again. Would never recommend the usage of this service to any other person, and am leaving an experience at 2 stars as homeppl ppl stayed just short of spitting in my face. That is, so far.

Living abroad and relocating to the UK, I had some issues in uploading all the information which are required. Gaetan helped me on the chat as much as they could. I would appreciate more flexibility for people living abroad as the entire process is tailored on UK residents, while "foreigners" might have different ways to provide the same evidence.
