Anstatt der bestellten 12 Schüsseln wurde nur eine einzige geliefert. Trotz Reklamation und versprochener sofortiger Nachlieferung haben wir bis heute keine Ware erhalten, auch der bereits bezahlte Kaufpreis wurde nicht anteilig erstattet.

Parcel got recalled with no explaination, i was left on read by the customer service.
Update : After calling multiple time the phone number and trying to contact customer service through the chat on the website, I emailed and got an answer: "I also noticed you left a negative review before contacting us" I had in fact tried to contact them multiple times before that and telling me not to expect "preferenziale treatment" you mean such as receiving what I ordered ? and to know if "my online behavior reflects my real-life interactions" I tell things as they are: was my parcel recalled with no explanation? It was. Did I get no answer from customer service until today 2 pm? True as well.
Update answer from the very professional costumer service:
Hello again
1.As explained in the last email, we did not recall your parcel, you just never pieced it up
2. When it comes back you will get your refund
3. When I wrote my last email, I knew you would go and post it on your review, as this is why you are living, to give negative feedback to all around you! 😄
4. I did 1 good thing, that you deleted 1 review you previously wrote, but still you are A negative person, as you are still 75% negative
5. Now go and change your review, and add all I wrote here...
I will add again that the package was never delivered and therefore I never had the opportunity to pick it up.
