We used Homelister to sell our house in Southern California in early 2022, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Everything we read on their website was TRUE! We saved A LOT by following their instructions (e.g., staging, etc.) and we accepted an offer above our asking price three days after listing. Our assigned agent, Tami, was responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. The team who handled our paperwork and forms were attentive to details and helpful when we had questions. We felt supported and guided through the listing and selling process. Strongly recommend HomeLister!

I was very pleased, selling my home through Homelister, they were always helpful and available when I had questions, we sold our home within 5 days of the listing, and would recommend using them.

I was a little nervous to use Homelister because I wasn’t too familiar with the home buying / selling process without a realtor involved on both sides. But, it was way easier than I anticipated. The creator had a very valid point; many of the items you complete would be required of you anyway (CO, Disclosures, etc). so there were really only a few things that I had to handle that were outside the normal realm. As the seller in this transaction I opted to hire an attorney for added protection, and I still saved almost $9,000 by using Homelister. I have already recommended Homelister to my sister because she flips properties and was always getting killed with realtor fees, and she has already gotten her process under way with them too. There is a lot of transparency through their app, although I do wish there was a slightly clearer set of To-Do’s / Contact lists because I was often trying to dig for info (for example, you have to notify them within 24 hours of an accepted offer, and the same thing is required when the settlement occurs, but I wasn’t always quite sure who it had to go to). But, in the end, it was still incredibly easy and I would highly recommend this to anyone that is comfortable with technology and motivated to get things done on their own.

The selling experience was made extremely easy by my Homelister rep and the real estate agent assigned to me. They answered all my questioned, walked me through the whole process and helped me understand and respond to offers. I'd definitely use them again.

Homelister provided everything I needed to handle the sale of my home without a real estate agent. They had disclosures required for my particular state which really simplified thanks. Will definitely use again when selling. Highly recommend.

Simple easy way to get a MLS listing and be syndicated across major platforms. Would recommend for homestead type sales but not raw land as it does not flow with their process well.
