Easy to use, opted for 599 plan upon sale. Saved 14000 dollars on real estate fees. You as a seller set the commission . Couldn’t be happier. Cutting out the middleman was a great idea by CEO.

This rating is actually a combination of several values. Actual happenings and "old time ethics". In my opinion Homelister provides a valuable service to people who choose to to sell their house without having to pay a 6% commission. Definitely a benefit to both the seller and the buyer. The ethics part is more important to me than the service part. I was
told verbally, on the phone before signing the contract, that existing buyer contacts would be excluded from their fees. Once I received a contract, from an existing contact, Homelister invoiced me and my settlement company for their service. I appealed the fee all the way to the co-founder and was told and emailed that the fee does apply, that the phone calls never happened, just go by their contract. I was told that my credit rating would be affected, as would my ability to purchase a home in the future. I feel this is very bad customer service and Homelister is only concerned about the bottom line. All of this for them to collect $450.00.

HomeLister is the new model for real estate sales. The internet has fundamentally changed many industries. You book you hotel, car and airfare on one web site when you use to have to call each one. We can buy and sell stocks on our phones in seconds and it costs nothing. The Real Estate market is in the infancy of it's internet revolution and I believe HomeLister has the best model for the future.

I have sold several homes without a real estate agent in the past. It was done via word of mouth and it was time consuming. I used HomeLister to sell my own home recently. Having your home listed on the MLS is key and HomeLister can provide that service at a very low cost. Sold my home in a few days and saved a considerable amount of time and money.

What a GREAT experience. We were assigned one go to person, KaRon, who was AWESOME!! She would answer the phone, call you back when she said she would, and would research questions to get the correct answers.

The photographer that came to do the pictures did a job that was WAY beyond our expectations. They turned out great.

Would we use Homelister again? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Our experience has been awful. Every step of the way they delayed the process. When our home went under contract we didn’t hear from them for weeks! our buyer backed out and now we want to put it back on the market and homelister has us trapped by not responding to our emails. We cannot get our home back on the market as long as they keep it as “pending” on the MLS and they will not communicate with us about taking it down! Legally this should be done within 24 hours! We are beyond frustrated !

Homelister exceptional , we listed our home and there agents always available to help you every step of the way , we listed our home March 17 th accepted in 4 days , signed contract next day , had the closing 3 months . You get to make the commission fee for the realty and Homelisters fee very reasonable . We highly recommend Homelister to sell your home .

I had a great experience with HomeLister. They were easy to work with, their staff was very helpful and professional, and the entire process of listing and selling my house, couldn't have gone better. I am so glad I used them.

Using HomeLister was one of the best choices we made when selling our home. We saved a lot of money by cutting out the 3% listing agent fee, the process was easy, and I would use them again when selling.

Definitely recommend this limited service listing provider! Although Seller should have some experience/knowledge when it comes to pricing and listing a property, Homelister provides a user friendly dashboard to promote your property.

Their support team is awesome, with a very responsive Chat line. You can schedule Open House with ease and in many cases, Homelister will provide access to local MLS platforms.

Just follow the rules (make sure you know what’s acceptable and/or legal) and you should be okay with this service. I set up the listing contract for the typical 3% for Buyers agent and saved over $13,000 by not using a traditional listing brokerage for my property.
Wow…it felt great knowing that I was on the winning side of my own home sale….will always use Homelister in the future.

Saved us thousands of $$$$, But it is a lot of work. They did a good job of guiding us and were very responsive in answering all of our questions. They could have been a little clear in answering some

Homelister advertises savings of $21,000 and 11 days on the market. Our home went into contract within a week of listing and we saved over $25,000 compared to if we had used a normal realtor. And best yet, we sold it for over our asking price!

Homelister under promised and over delivered, way over delivered! When we listed, we had a lot of questions, and they answered honesty and provided full transparency into the process which we appreciated. A local agent wanted us to drop our price by $50,000 saying that the market is declining and we'll never find a buyer for the price we wanted. Plus on top of that she was going to charge us 6% of our price. Well guess what, Homelister helped us find a buyer to not only pay what we wanted but more and their fee was just $3000 for their platinum plan. We got more, saved more, and it sold quickly. What more can you ask for?

Reading some of the comments on their Facebook page, we were hesitant but we soon realized that all of the negative comments are made by regular agents who want to charge you 6%. I guess if I was in their shoes, I would be scared of Homelister and might turn to posting fake comments and reviews too. Ha! They are way better and totally exceeded our expectations. Other positive comments are from their real customers who had similar experiences to ours. We will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their home over any agent!

I'm very happy with the corteous and proffesional manner all the persond that assisted me in selling my home,they floowed up on all paperwork needed to complete the sale,,Lines of communication were always open and someone answered the phone each time I reached out tho them,I will be using them again in a few months to sell my rental home.

Homelister is the way to sell a house! I will never go with a traditional realtor again. It does require some work on your part, like talking to the buying agents directly. But it is worth the money you save.
