Just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the whole design, purchase and installation process of these amazing Origin Bi fold, door and window products.

I would also like to recommend the install team who were professional and skilled at providing a smooth installation at the property.

The initial order process through Home Hub was good and the team in the showroom were fantastic and easy to work with. The communication prior to installation was fantastic however when it came to the installation, there were a lot of little things missed or damaged, which resulted in multiple returns of different tradesmen before the installation was finally complete, over a month later. The issues were all rectified in the end, but it felt like they shouldn't have been issues in the first place. The issues include missing sill caps, wrong colour air vents, not sealing the windows correctly, and scuffs on the frames and hardware, each of which required a different tradesman to return to rectify, delaying the completion of the project and causing unnecessary additional admin.

Jordyn has been brilliant throughout the whole process and made it easy to look at all options to find the perfect door. Jordyn has been very knowledgeable and has ensured that we are 100% happy. To then be contacted via WhatsApp made everything much more personable and allowed us to ask questions easily. Our new door looks fantastic and I would not only use Homehub again but also recommend to friends and family.

We had used a previous company to fit our windows they were very poorly fitted to the point the house was left unsafe due to not being able to lock the doors. I spoke to HomeHub for some advice, they came to check out the doors and immediately arranged for someone to come and fix them for us.
The guys who came were wonderful, hard working, quick and polite.
I cant thank company enough for fixing a job that was not theirs to fix in such quick timing too. They also checked in a few days after the job was done to make sure everything was ok!
Highly recommend them!

Had our new front door installed by Home Hub Group, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They have a fantastic showroom showcasing the different options, and I would highly recommend them!

Very efficient work undertaken no problems very tidy and always kept us updated with any issues which might have arisen in respect of the fitting

Sad to leave such a negative review but the service is so bad they need to make major changes. I’ve had dates cancelled, rescheduled, waited months for parts, wrong colour windows fitted - yes seriously and bits missing. Paid for the old windows to be collected and waited weeks for them to be taken off my drive. Currently I’m still waiting for a replacement front door panel as it was fitted dented - they made an appointment to come round on the 5th June and never showed up. No apology and no response to my emails. The front door won’t open if it’s a warm morning so we can’t get out ! No end of problems and no one bothers to answer the phone or email me back. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Dan was professional and knowledgeable and there was no hard sell. The fitting teams were also a pleasure to deal with. We’re delighted with our sliding door and windows. Definitely recommend.
