Homeheat Limited Anmeldelser

The fitters ( Paul & Billy) arrived bang on time, they were really good at explaining what was going to happen. The most tidy workmen I've had in the house for years. Follow up phone call from office after heating was fitted was appreciated.
I would recommend to anyone, great company!!!!!!!!!

New gas central heating boiler fitted 3 days after initial enquiry. Extremely competitive price, straightforward advice from Kevin and no hassle installation by Billy. Highly recommend Homeheat Limited

The boiler installer arrived on time and he installed the gas boiler in one day.

Engineer arrived on time, kept me informed all the relevant details of installation,
Old boiler was removed, and was uplifted with various pipe work, within the hour.
Was extremely pleased with all aspects of Paul’s workmanship.

Quick response and no problems. The new boiler is working well and I'm happy with the installation work.

Everything from the appointment to the boiler check and service was handled efficiently, politely and I was kept informed at all times (sometimes an emergency comes up and they have to help someone out with no heating and hot water before coming to do a boiler check for someone who has a functional boiler- bit like triage). Gillian (nice speaking to a human rather than someone in a call centre somewhere abroad) is fantastic and really does go the extra mile and Kevin although stoic is extremely good at his job and makes sure that everything is up to standard. I have Scottish Gas Homecare contracts for the flats I rent out but these guys service my home which doesn’t have much wear and tear. Also, peace of mind is important to me so you can trust Kevin and his company to be honest about what needs done. I will be using these guys again going forward.

The quote was very detailed, with information on everything I would get. I asked for a Worcester Greenstar 4000 boiler install and to re-route some of the pipework. The price was good, and I felt like the work I asked for would be done.

I arranged 0% interest £0 fee finance for 2 years through them, which has allowed me to spread the cost a bit without costing more. The process was quick and easy.

They did the work in one day, were friendly, and did what I asked for. I have no complaints and use them for boiler services in the future.

If I discover any problems, I'll try to remember to update this review, but so far I have had an excellent experience with them.

From providing a competitive quote to completion of installing a new combi boiler Homeheat were a pleasure to deal with. The initial quote was provided quickly and a suitable date for installation was arranged. The plumber arrived on time, was friendly, professional and completed the job without a problem.
I’d recommend Homeheat Plumbing .

I want to thank homeheat and especially Billy for the amazing job fitting our new boiler. The Gillian in the office kept me up to date with any changes and Billy the fitter was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely tidy. He arrived exactly when he was supposed to and put in a fair old shift.

I imagined installation of a new gas boiler would be one big hassle from start to finish - I could not have been more wrong! From my initial contact with Homeheat through to completion, every aspect of the job was handled with the utmost professionalism. I cannot praise this company highly enough - I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic service from Homeheat, our boiler was replaced within 2 days of calling them, faultless service from start to finish, we would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Homeheat from start to finish. Can’t fault them. Friendly, flexible, efficient and all at a very competitive price. Thanks to Kevin, Billy and the whole team for a five star service!

Amazing service from the team. We had a new boiler installed today, and the guys are fab!
Totally would use and recommend to friends and family!

Chris got to the root of the issue very quickly and then resolved it really quickly, efficiently and with minimum mess. Am delighted! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, reliable and courteous.

A treat to have competent tradespeople who actually understand domestic heating systems. For the first time in many years, we have a domestic heating system that works to the level we expect.
A very good experience.

Really helpful and professional. Kept work disruption minimal and tidied up after themselves. Positive experience!

Dealing with Homeheat Ltd from initial contact getting a quote to the job being complete was so easy and trouble free.
Every member of staff was so professional and given the industry's reputation for less then perfect customer service, it was a totally unexpected but welcome surprise to deal with Homeheat.
Communication was regular and honest with the work being done on site being of a highly professional nature. The tenants in my house commented on how clean and neat the job was left (installation of a boiler and removal of an old one a water tank) and the price quoted was what I paid which was very fair.

Would highly recommend a company who prides themselves on a quality job and exceptional customer service. I tried 5 companies for a quote for this work and Homeheat beat them all, hands down.

Kevin that came out to give us a quote was very helpful and knowledgeable, Billy who done the installation done a great job was very tidy and went beyond so well done guys, this company was recommended and didn’t disappoint
