Product OK only complaint is 2 of the cushions very firm the 2 that was flat packed very soft and not very comfortable still soft after a week of opening which makes the bars at the back of the seat come through the cushions will have to try and get these exchanged

Delivery of our chairs was very straightforward. Unfortunately on opening two of the bases were broken. I messaged home garden on Friday evening including photographs. First thing on Monday morning Nick contacted us to say he would send out replacement parts. These arrived this morning and they are fine. The problem was resolved so quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Dining chair arrived with faulty leg. Nick was excellent in resolving this issue ASAP. Otherwise happy with the chairs and the competitive price paid

Disappointed.
Ordered a Devon sideboard in February. It arrived with damaged drawers and doors. Contacted them and i’ll give them credit Nick was great arranged replacements. They arrived damaged. Offered £40 refund (paid £299 for the sideboard)if i wanted to keep the damaged ones. I declined as i wanted it right and not a damaged item after paying what is alot of money to me. The item was then out of stock so i said i would wait. Waited a month and replacements did arrive again all organised by nick. We unfortunately didn’t get round to sorting this doors until now (May) due to partner being bedridden with back. Had them changed and they just won’t sit straight no matter how much we adjust them. Had a chippie on the street come take a look and he said they won’t even sit right because of the hinges. I contacted company but yet to hear back.
All in all i have 6 damaged doors, drawers and doors that won’t shut or sit properly and £300 down.

The purchase of a garden corner seating dining set was easy, the despatch was quick but actual delivery was over the estimated dates shown on the order website. Discussed with Home garden direct directly. The good were well packed and all parts enclosed.The items took rather a long time for 2 persons to put together as quite fiddly and many screws with a bit of brute force needed to get the screws and holes lined up in 3 areas. Looks good once finished and comfortable. Slightly disappointed with the tempered glass fitting on the table. One corner has a 4mm gap between glass and ratten frame.

Absolutely love the garden sofa - very comfy and quite easy to put together, and arrived promptly with easy delivery. The paint on the metal does scratch quite easily, but it's great value for money.
Particularly like how flexible the modular format is, so we can move sides and backs of seats around to suit how we're using it at the time.

The unit we ordered was damaged so replacement was sent twice the second one was ok. Although we had trouble with the unit being damaged. Nick was very good and communicated with us he was very helpful. We love our unit.

Really very pleased with our garden furniture. I had to speak to someone at Home Garden Direct to make sure the boxes would fit through our house, and, he was really helpful. The men who delivered were brilliant too. Great experience from start to finish.

Really great customer service, they were super efficient when my item was damaged in transit. They kept us informed and a replacement was sent out within the same week. On top of that, the actual product is such great quality. Would highly recommend!

Poor quality goods, first delivery was all battered and chipped, second was covered in dirty dried marks. Sent back, not wanting a replacement.

Delivery driver refused to take item of van. Called home direct and they had no interest in trying to resolve it. Only concern was a refund couldn’t be issued until delivery co confirm they still had item.

Ordered elsewhere and no problems at all.

Ordered a chest of draws, so fast delivery notification and customer care all the way until delivered.
Quality is solid over the moon.
Would 100% recommend.
