So I have had the ECM V Profi PID with flow control now for 2 weeks. This is a serious step up from the Gaggia Classic which I ran for 14 years. With impeccable build quality, the ECM is a statement piece as well as making great coffee from the first shot. After Ciaran answered a few questions, the order arrived 3 days later. Process was quick, efficient and painless. Great discount too. If I had have been quicker off the mark, another €100 off for the taking. As I mentioned, I opted for the flow control. This was fitted prior to shipping. After running some tests, it seemed that with with flow lever in the off position, there was still 5g/s of flow. This was quickly remedied by repositioning of the flow lever for zero flow position. Flow rate tracked well after this and compared with other results online. A slight niggle when the brew switch is open in that there is a vibration of the hinged lid covering the water tank making the machine sound louder than it should be. Yet to figure out what to do about this. Overall, a fantastic machine backed up with great service. Only problem now is my Rancilio Rocky may need a serious upgrade too.

I sent our very expensive Sage coffee machine for repair to Home Coffee Machnies Ltd. They arranged collection from our home very promptly. Within a day we had the repair quote and accepted it. We got am email with the return date and this return delivery was exactly as stated in the email. The delivery was securely packed. There were 2 follow up customer satisfaction service calls and an email thanking us for the business. Overall this was a 5 star experience and I'd strongly recommend this company if you need a coffee machine repair.

My Sage coffee machine stopped working. I thought it was doomed. Luckily I found Ciaran. Easy, quick, professional repair. Back up and running. Highly recommended.

Ciaran fixed my Sage Barista which was leaking even after replacing the seal. Have it back a week now and it's as good as new. Great communication throughout and popped in a bag of beans when returning

Update - we had the Profitec machine 4 days and it broke 👎. We are still without it as of 5th April - not so fast at getting it back us or updating us very quickly. Such a shame. These home barista machines are great until something happens - then the suppliers feel a long way away unfortunately 😔

11th April - Still no sign of our machine. Waited in just in case. The carrier is still a representation of the overall picture unfortunately. We really now need a replacement please as it's gone on long enough.

Sorry have had to amend the star rating because you should have issed a replacement really.

Very sadly the machine finally turned up damaged. End of the road for us and was issued a refund. My advice with hindsight is that you are best served with a local supplier if you can to avoid lengthy courier travel should things go wrong.

Ciaran was a joy to work with we could not be happier with our new espresso machine. Despite reaching out late on a Friday, and the owner about to go on a vacation, the machine was still shipped same day and arrived promptly. They have quickly answered all of my questions and provided the best customer service you could ask for. Thank you again for a great experience!

Purchased a Profitec Pro 600 from Home Coffee Machines a few weeks ago. I had a couple of questions about the machine and the ordering process, and Ciaran was very responsive and friendly. I placed the order, and the machine arrived at my door in the US in 3 days in perfect condition, very well packed. I was very impressed with the service, and would recommend this company without hesitation.

We sent our beloved Gaggia Classic to Ciaran for a refurb, it was 19 years old and although we'd looked after it we felt it needed a bit of TLC. The service was first class, we booked it in ahead of time and it was turned round within the week. Courier pick-up and drop-off included in the price so no faffing around at post offices. Transparent pricing and a full description of what needed to be replaced and why. The most important part - the coffee on that first morning after we received it back was amazing! Would recommend Ciaran if your machine needs a new lease of life.
