Did exactly what they said they would do and on time as well. We were in a hurry to get my dad out of hospital and back home in his own surroundings and " Homecare Hire" delievered on their promises. The quality and cleanliness of the bed was faultless. I would recommend.

Due to recent knee surgery we needed a special chair to support recovery. We arranged to hire a reclining chair at short knowledge, it was delivered within 24 hrs and met my full needs as it doubled as a sitting chair and bed. The company were extremely helpful and I have no hesitation in highly recommended them.

Easy website, answered questions immediately. Paul our delivery man was wonderful knowledgeable and kind and considerate. We were very impressed thank you.

A beautiful and comfortable bed was delivered to our house on the day we wanted it and was picked up again exactly as ordered. Service could not have been better, and the bed was of the highest quality.

I was so pleased with the bed, and it was such a blessing - I certainly couldn't have managed without it. The hospital wouldn't loan me a bed as they said I had no 'medical needs' (broken ankle didn't seem to count). I was so glad to find this company and to be able to hire exactly what I needed. All my dealings with staff have been professional as well as friendly and helpful. The bed delivery and set up was so well done - everything was thoroughly checked to be in good order and exactly as I needed it. It has been a really good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others. Thank you.

Excellent prompt service when providing hospital bed to hire. My mum was being discharged from hospital and we needed bed urgently. She didn't pass their strict criteria so it was a case of getting a bed quickly. Home Care Hire said they could provide one the next business day and they covered our area in Kent. I ended up being ill the day they were due to deliver but a carer was at home. The delivery driver phoned as promised to tell me he was an hour away. I told him I needed beds moving and he was so helpful and kind, moved beds no problem and set up hospital bed. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing a bed at short notice.

Customer service on the initial enquiry was excellent, again clear and confident and exactly as outlined on the website. Also gave every confidence that we would receive what we ordered on time which ended up being less than 24hr turnaround. Amazing given the circumstances.

Bed delivered expertly by Kevin who was great with communication in the morning. No fuss, absolute professional. Great product too, immaculate condition and perfect for our needs.

Just a great service from start to finish
Owen was really helpful and the delivery & collection so efficient.

After reaching breaking point with trying to get an NHS bed for my terminally ill father in law, our care agency recommended that I try renting a bed privately. I called Owen at Homecare on Friday at 4:30pm and I sit here writing at 12 noon Saturday with a desperately needed hospital bed complete with air mattress. Glen the delivery driver was super helpful with the logistics of moving the room around and a heavy wardrobe that we didn’t realise needing moving. He gave us full instructions on how to work the bed after setting it all up. I’m writing this review more so with a view to someone reading this who is also in a desperate situation as we were, to give reassurance that Homecare are absolutely superb. I just wish I’d known about Homecare a week ago so I could have spent the time with my father in law rather than being pushed from pillar to post in the NHS system .. which I must add, still haven’t authorised a bed. My wife had abdominal surgery for a hysterectomy and less than 4 weeks after surgery she was up walking a mile and back which we put down to the brilliant bed we had.

It adjusted brilliantly to support her back and core si she could always get a good sleep.

It was delivered and set up within 2 hours of me ringing. I cannot thank them enough.

This company is great - minimum amount of bureacracy; efficient; on-time; good-natured; responsive & flexible. Owen was wonderful at coping with all the changes in collection date of the equipment.
