Great experience during my viewing with Michael . Very polite, calm and understanding.

Made for what he’s doing. He radiates positive energy and you can feel the love for his job. Everything he says feels very organically and genuine!

Fraud Fraud Fraud. After I did all references and made all necessary deposits. A total payment of £2590 including holding deposit. They told me they made an error with the price of the rent. I requested for refund and there has been no refund and no one is answering my calls or replying emails

Zeeco was very professional and a great agent and I really enjoyed his professional manner and really felt respected and valued.

I had a wonderful tour of Lansdowne in Birmingham with Antria. She is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in every aspect of the real estate process. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my requirements and provided detailed information about each property, leaving no question unanswered.
Her customer-centric approach was spot on, she genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision rather than just closing a deal.
I would highly recommend Antria to anyone looking for a professional, honest, and supportive real estate agent. She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are well-informed and confident every step of the way.

Michael was really helpful and made us understand how and what to actually look for while choosing an apartment. Will make an offer and move ahead soon

The agent Zeeco was very knowledgeable about the area and had the units available on hand.

Antria has been absolutely fantastic — she went above and beyond to facilitate an out-of-plan tour of the flats, which allowed myself and my partner to secure a much-needed home. She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout, always empathetic to our needs and making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

A huge thank you also to Tommaso for seamlessly taking on the next steps once we were ready to proceed. A brilliant team — we’re very grateful for all your help.

Anna was very responsive and conversational, ready to answer any and all of my questions about the place

10/10 experience

One of the most aggressive and unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had moving out of an apartment. All the reviews here will shine a light on getting into an apartment but these people have proved to be nothing less that shark like with our deposit moving out. I’ve had to force them into an independent adjudication because of their actions

**reply to Home Made comment below. This was chatGPT summation of my experience having run all the correspondence through it. So yes, hostile and aggressive and I’ll be updating this once TDS adjudicates independently

Anna was super helpful and friendly doing my viewing and was very knowledgeable about the building and renting process

Zeeco was great - friendly, clear communication, and professional

He took his time to take me every where explain briefly slowly for me to understand everything he is really good

Pria was fantastic. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. He was so helpful & able to answer all of my questions. He was very understanding of what a young professional looks for in a new home. So informative and really well out of his way to support. Thank you!

Antria was a brilliant agent! Super helpful, informative and personable. She helped re-arrange my viewing when my availability was limited, and was super helpful in answering all my questions and getting my application through quickly! Thanks so much :)
