I've taken a soccer bet for first 10mins draw on the 29 of dec 2024, ive got my email confirmation showing the bet I've taken, when logging into the hollywood app the bets take was totally different compared to whats on my bet slip, now hollyw refuses to pay me out....@hollywoodbets please fix this matter

People may say what they want and think what they want but I feel a gambling website or platform should be treating their customers the same as any other business, they make so much money why not just stick to the basic customer service and compliance rules. This site has done the proper version of false advertising and it is not just myself it is people I know and talk to every day, they promise a minute little bonus should you deposit a certain amount which I have done and the joke is I even deposited more within the given time period they offer, and guess what Nothing no bonus what so ever, I tried to investigate and ask customer service to assist me they then replied to say I must deposit more money to receive the lousy bonus. I'm sorry but I have proof of paying more than the given amount whiting the given time, why should I waste another cent on such a scam of a service and deposit more money as they now request. This is by far the worst site I have ever used they take and then don't even give their ridiculous little bonus they promise, their platform stalls all the time and makes it really hard to determine your playing results during live playing, which I feel is also another way they scam people. Please watch out You probably safer using any other platform but this one.

Unfortunately, I gamble on a lot of Casino Sites & Hollywood Bets must be the worst with winnings or excitement. I gambled 7k away in 2 days and it altogether took about 30 minutes. The service I’ve been rendered by Hollywood helpline sucks.I logged a complain on the 30th of October till today I’m still struggling to get any assistance.Their team leader by the name of Bongile promised to revert back to me in 48 hrs of which she never did. I made a payment to Hollywood bets of R1000.00. using the paysharp option and it immediately went off my account. My bank confirmed that the payment was successful, yet I had to send a POP which I didn't mind but was then told of 24-48 hour turn around. Excuse me if the money is off my account and I actually paid for it to reflect immediately are they going to refund me the cost of that transaction. I think not and the consultants need to get proper training around customer service.

Money deposited but now I must wait 24 yo 48 hours I want to play now I have proof of payment and money is off my account. This is not the first time and the help line is not helpful at all. I would not advise anyone to use Holleywood Bets as they don't care about the people who pay their salaries. Very disappointing I would give this site a 0 as they don't care about the customer
