The new site totally sucks. Spins forever and then cuts you off asking to log in again. Frustrating .

It been good and bad time sometimes I win a little sometimes when I bet with a minimum of 50cent that when I win but everytime when I bet with R3 or more I loss I need to know what time is the best to win big as always it shows on advert

Is it just me or with this new server Hollywood bets are using I get kicked out of the game when the spin falls on a spin which is suppose to pay??? For example on the Mystic fortune game, I've been kicked out the game few times and when I go back in it would be on a screen filled with those gold coins 🪙 which pays the most... highly disappointed 😔

They steal your money then act like you made a mistake. Keep saying they will check your account but nothing changes.

Hollywood bets doesn't deserve even that one star i tried to call their service center it's poor and i inserted a voucher and now i can't even play while I saw that the voucher went through. I prefer u not going there coz it's too toxic and u only win when u still new after that it's throwing money with hope.

Dealing with hollywoodbets customer service is the most daunting process. My fiancée has been in branch, called the contact Centre multiple times (weekly) and emailed his query but the responses are not helpful, or informative. They don't even read your email properly, they just respond with answers not even related to your complaint. We have been waiting over 30 Days for our withdrawal, request was made on the 27th to 28th July 2024 and it is still pending, yet all the required FICA information has been supplied timeously. Really pathetic service

Your games doesn't pay Everytime I play it's a loose,rather stay away that throwing money away with something that has no hope

Hollywood bets is a scam for the past 3 consecutive days they have been labeling my winning tickets losing avoiding to pay May what amounts to R15k in total all in the name I'm using wrong websites for results I tried same numbers same games on a different betting platform(deplicated) guess what I got paid for the same draw and numbers that Hollywood bets claim they are losing.

You r robbers coz all the games not rolling like before. You set them to roll with same diagrams especially hottoburn. And there are no more prizes Monday's, Tuesday and Thursday u put it but it doesn't exist. I don't even appreciate what I won before.
