I have been a customer of Hollywood bets for long time now, but I’m clearly disappointed how they treat their customers,my account was blocked without a warning when I wanted to withdraw my funds and I was told it was under audit.i sent all the required documents they needed and it’s now a month without it being resolved. I have been calling each day and I’m being told the same response there is no feed back from the relevant department.its now tiring how can an account be audited over a month.im truly not satisfied at all.

I am waiting for almost 72 hours for my withdrawal, there is no interest from the agents or escalation team everytime I query they don't seem to understand or try to understand and provide the same answer. They are refusing to investigate this matter and are claiming that my money is forfeited because it was bonus money when it was not! If they take the time to look instead of closing the ticket and being rude they will see I made a deposit and won with my own money and it was on live games. The agent tells me I need to read bonus TCS and makes reference to wagers on sports betting. I told her that it was not bonus money, I deposited money and it was not on sports, it was live gaming and also they bonus is deducted when a withdrawal is made.I see on my profile that they rejected my withdrawal and reflected that all my winnings as a bonus reversal. Can't upload FICA via self service, I have tried multiple times, my photo does not match my ID. Bull, I was told I have to get new ID 'Imagine' after some time Nompumelo D says they cant upload FICA manually so I have to go around and find Hollywoodbets branch to resolve the matter. Bull. I was playing slots on spina Zonke on Hollywood bets, I was enjoying the games and then some of them would fail and give me an error, the games let you restart and continue where the game was or if a feature triggered and there was an error you were able to continue. So I played spinomenal games and I got loads of feature triggers and the game crashed. I expected to restart but the game failed. I tried and tried and tried to get my feature triggers back but I would always get an error message. I took this problem up with support but they kept changing the support agent and they would ask the same question and when I answer the cycle repeats and my problem never gets solved they also asked for the screenshot but I wasn't in the habit of taking screenshots while gambling so now that I can't produce the screenshots they won't help me. I guess you guys to be safe should take screenshots while playing their slots otherwise you won't get help, they will make it a you problem instead of taking responsibility of their faulty slots.
