My experience with Hollywoodbets has been absolutely disgusting. The level of service and the way customers are treated is completely unacceptable.

It has now been a full week since I requested assistance with a declined Nedbank e-Mali withdrawal, and nothing has been resolved. I have been calling every single day, repeatedly requesting updates and asking for callbacks from management, yet I am still sitting with the exact same problem.

The worst part is the complete lack of accountability. Every time I speak to an agent, I am given a different excuse or explanation. One minute I'm told the feedback from Nedbank is incorrect, the next I'm told the matter has been escalated. Agents keep saying the issue will be escalated and that I should receive feedback within 24 hours, but 24 hours comes and goes, and absolutely nothing happens.

I have requested callbacks from management multiple times. Nobody calls back. I have followed up over and over again. Still nothing. A week has passed, and I am no closer to getting my issue resolved than I was on day one.

This is what you call customer service? Because it certainly doesn't feel like it. The agents are unable to provide consistent information, management apparently cannot be bothered to call customers back, and escalations seem to be nothing more than a way to get customers off the phone.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way this matter has been handled. A simple withdrawal issue should not take an entire week of daily calls and endless follow-ups to resolve. Customers should not have to beg for basic assistance or chase a company every single day just to get an answer.

Hollywoodbets needs to seriously look at its customer service, its escalation process, and the accountability of its management team. This has been an incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable experience.

At this point, I have completely lost confidence in the service. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Very disappointing experience with Hollywoodbets regarding a Pick 3 settlement dispute from the Fairview meeting on 17/04/2026.

The issue has been ongoing for weeks with more than 30 emails exchanged, yet nobody has answered basic questions regarding the settlement rules applied after races were abandoned.

The first leg of the Pick 3 had already been won, but the entire bet was simply refunded without any clear explanation of the specific rule used to justify the settlement.

Despite repeated escalation promises, responses have been generic and have avoided the actual dispute entirely.

To make matters worse, after raising the matter publicly in a respectful and factual manner on social media, my comment was deleted and I was blocked from the page.

The matter has now been escalated to the Gauteng Gambling Board, National Gambling Board, and 4Racing disputes for investigation.
