I havent been on holiday yet, this is purely based on the mobile app. It is so very difficult to find any details. I have to keep switching my phone from side to side to get anywhere, god help me if i need to actually claim.

I always use holiday safe insurance, as they are very reasonable. Abit disappointed when I rang this time, the person couldn’t understand most of the words I was saying. They found it very difficult to understand some English.
It was hard work all the way through it.
When my documents was sent over, I checked through it and my sons date of birth was wrong. I rang back and they rectified it. The staff are very helpful and polite, but I think you need to put people on the phone that speak English fluently.

Why can't you us info previously gathered from policies of years ago to speed the medical history process.

After either being refused by other companies (because it's a motorcycle tour) or priced out of the market until I'd almost given up, Holidaysafe covered everything for a reasonable price. Comprehensive and easy to use questionnaire, and everything covered (even some health issues). Can't give 5 stars because I haven't had to claim and don't know how that would go, but so far everything's covered and they easily outbid the competition.

The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 , was in relation to some technical issues which I experienced . I found myself having to start again on several occasions which was frustrating .
