Baiting and switching. This agent actually told me my little kids will be on a different plane than their parents. What a shit bag practice and scum of the earth farcade of a company. All in the name of getting me to pay more after I already booked a flight. This company will be reported and I hope they are shut down and investigated. What a piece of shit company. They should've never existed in the first place.

Booked last minute flights with them, they called me a few minute later to tell me the price went up. If I cancelled, they would charge me $400 fee for cancellation for the flight that they can't confirm. Booked me on another flight that was $200 more per ticket than on Expedia. This is a scammed. I reported them to FBI and FTC.

I reserved 7 tickets, and just after few hours I received a call telling me the price has changed and they were asking for $100 extra for each tickets. And the excuse was that the flight is not available. But it is available if I pay more. So these people are scammers. It was a waste of time. So I had to cancel all the tickets.

Overall, my experience wasn’t bad. I did run into what felt like hidden fees. My ticket got “hung up” during purchase, and when I called, the price had somehow increased at the exact moment I selected pay. Later on, my second flight was canceled, and the alternative they offered didn’t work for me at all, which led to more fees just to stay on the timeline I had planned. Since this was my first time using them, I found that pretty discouraging.

That said, agent Boston worked very hard to find alternatives and was very polite throughout. Even with the additional fees, I still found the overall price acceptable, but I’m hesitant to use them again because of the inconsistency in the advertised pricing.

Avoid Cheap Fare Mart — this company uses bait-and-switch tactics.
Twice I attempted to book flights through Cheap Fare Mart, and both times the exact same thing happened.
After placing the booking, I was contacted and told that the airline had supposedly changed the price, and that I would now need to pay significantly more to keep the reservation.
The first time, they tried to pressure me into paying around $900 more for a replacement ticket. The agent kept minimizing it and pushing me to proceed, saying it was “only a little more expensive.” I canceled immediately.
The second time, they pulled the same stunt again — this time claiming the fare had gone up by another $100 after I had already booked. When I told them to cancel it because I would rather book through a legitimate and trustworthy agency, the agent suddenly claimed that I could not cancel.
That is completely unacceptable.
When I made it clear that I absolutely would cancel and, if necessary, dispute or decline the charge, the agent hung up on me.
This is not normal customer service, and it is not how a legitimate travel company operates. It appears to be a classic bait-and-switch setup: advertise a low fare, take the booking, then call the customer and pressure them into paying more.
Do not trust this company. Do not waste your time. Book elsewhere.
