5 little pocket pads, 2 of the little books have arrived bent up not flat, very disappointed.

A good selection of different companies on the website now, reasonable prices, I like the once a day postage but it's pricy, good to get access to products that are not easy for me to find elsewhere as I live in a remote area. Delivery can be pretty slow at times, but I've got everything that I've ordered.

I have been watching and purchasing lots of products from Hobbymaker for some time now and I have to say that the whole experience is absolutely brilliant,
The demonstrations are first rate, the staff and presenters are exceptional with a great family feel to the show.
The products are all from top brands in the industry at very competative prices and whilst delivery of items can vary in timescales dependant on where they are being sent from i.e. some come direct from the supplier, many of which are small businesses everything arrives in a timely manner all at a total daily p&p figure. I enjoy the programme enormously and living fairly local to Redditch, I hope to visit them one day soon to meet some of the team.
Well done Hobbymaker keep doing what you do well.

I love Hobbymaker, some many different craft products and very low prices. The presenters always have lots of inspiration on the craft products they sell. Definitely worth watch.

Nothing is ever perfect, to expect so is naive.
My experience with HobbyMaker is a positive one, sure I had a small hiccup with an order but contact with customer service was pleasant, understanding, & helpful. The main attraction to HobbyMaker for me is, they sell genuine products, these days when we buy from certain companies, we don’t know if it is the real thing. The delivery time is a bit erratic but the goods are coming from the company selling the products, I am thee most impatient person so 2 days feels like a lifetime. HobbyMaker is a one stop shop where I can buy a multitude of products from a multitude of suppliers all for £4.95 p&p.
We are so quick to judge harshly yet not so quick with praise, but with feedback they may learn from some mistakes & try to rectify them. I trust them.
The date on the calendar is not accurate as I can’t remember when I last placed an order.

Never had any problems with ordering or deliveries. I only order from about 2 companies on here but what I have used works well. I am not so keen on the system that does not allow me to see what products are going to be on upcoming shows, which I was used to with previous TV channels.

Web site so easy to use. Everything at hand. Easy to order and pay for items.

I have been ordering from Hobby Maker for over a year and although not all my items arrive together they do arrive at some point. I order almost monthly and sometimes a few times a month. I order price dropped items and low stock items. I have gotten them all. I have had only one item arrive incomplete in a bundle but it was sorted eventually. I can cancel an order by calling up customer service and I never feel bad about doing so. The staff are professional and helpful. I enjoy watching the show as it shows demonstrations and the presenters are fun and have a bit of a laugh on the show. Which is a nice change. As long as you are aware that your order might not come shipped together and that you may wait longer for popular items then you will find some good deals to be had and a nice show to watch.

I actually prefere the way things were done and the way hochanda worked. From the variety of different programs and presentations.
I have had no problems as such, only the odd late delivery that was late, but have been kept upto date more often than not. Should be everytime. Have also been offered refund which is good. Occasionally packaging can be a bit battered, depends what courier service you use. Some don't give a monkeys uncle. However my experience has been relatively ok. More mixed media would be good, thankyou.

To say I am happy with Hobbymaker would be an understatement. The variety of products and the delivery time are both what I would expect of an established company. My only problem is my limited funds. Thanks Hobbymaker.

I have been a customer of Hobbymaker since the beginning and cannot remember a time where I had a problem with my order.
Some orders may have taken a little bit longer during sale shows or bank holidays but nothing to complain about.

Always worth watching for tips, examples and excellent prices.Good communication and generous refunds if items are missing.

Easy to order and my items arrived within 10 days. Only downside is on some items you need to order quick or risk the item selling out. Love the shows, the presenters, the demonstrators and the management.

Always great deals on superb products. Delivery can be a bit slow… however if there is a problem Hobbymaker sorts it out. I have been shopping with them since the beginning and I always find the customer service team is very helpful… just be patient with the process.

I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from Hobbymaker. When there has been a minor problem I have called the call centre and the staff have been very helpful and the matters have been resolved quickly.

i,ve had some mishaps but they have been dealt with straight away.

I really enjoy HobbyMaker and the variety of companies and crafts it has introduced me to and everything I have ordered from them is of a high quality. Unfortunately, their downfall is the delivery time and possible lack of communication between themselves and suppliers sending goods direct to the customer. The customer service team do follow up any queries although it can takes a few days to get an answer. I hope they can iron out the delivery issues as it does spoil the HobbyMaker experience.

I cannot understand why people are leaving poor reviews as I have had nothing but excellent service from them. From the individual companies who sell on there, to the customer service team who are upstairs and so helpful on the few times when I have made a mistake when ordering. If an item is going to be late they always inform us and sometimes I have received items in a couple of days. What more can we expect.

I have always been very happy with whatever I have brought . Their delivery is fast and efficient.
The couple of time I've had an issue, I've emailed and they have always sorted it and kept me updated.
