Hello Niklas,
Thank you for your order HCIN2948701607.
We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the delivery experience. However, after carefully reviewing your shipment details, we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency.
According to the tracking information, your order was dispatched internationally in March and reached Germany on April 4, where delivery was unsuccessful. At this stage, the shipment is still within Germany, and has not been returned to us.
Tracking link:
https://www.posindonesia.co.id/id/tracking/LX004299700ID
For clarity, refunds are processed only when shipments are returned to the origin country, as stated in our policy.
You also mentioned that you contacted us via email. However, we have no record of any email received from your registered email address. If you contacted us from a different address, please share it so we can investigate further.
We kindly ask that all information shared publicly reflects the actual shipment status, to avoid misunderstandings for other customers.
We remain available to assist you further.
Updated on 04.05.2026
Hello Niklas,
Thank you for updating your review.
However, we would like to clarify an important point. As also explained in our previous response, the “returned to sender” status shown by DHL does not confirm that the shipment has been delivered back to the origin country. The only valid confirmation is the tracking record from the origin country’s postal service.
According to the official tracking of Pos Indonesia, your shipment has remained in Germany since April 4 and has not been returned to the origin country. You may verify this here:
https://www.posindonesia.co.id/id/tracking/LX004299700ID
For this reason, the parcel has not been received back by us, and in line with our Return, Reship & Platform Service Fee Policy, a refund cannot be processed until the return is physically received.
We would also like to clarify that the tracking link we provided is not from HitCigars, but directly from the official origin postal service.
Regarding your emails: the order was placed with the email address ho…@outlook.com, and we have no record of receiving any messages from this address. If you believe this is an error, you are welcome to contact us again so we can verify this transparently with our email logs.
Finally, we kindly ask you to avoid repeated statements such as “stay away,” as they are misleading in this case. We have been operating since 2010 and have successfully served a large global customer base over many years. Providing inaccurate information does not reflect the actual situation.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that you revise your statement accordingly.
Kind regards,
HitCigars Global Team

Hallo Edwin Kaijser,
Wij werken volledig transparant:
• verzending vanuit bonded warehouses
• officiële factuur in de zending
• correcte inhoudsverklaring

I waited over a week and never received my package. No refund, no explanation, no answers.
On the tracking it said the package got returned to sender. Again no explanation or reason was provided and of course no refund.

Fantastic Shopping Experience
Well, what a fantastic experience. I was wanting an obscure cigarette brand and HIT were one of the few people selling them. Initially, I was a bit wary as they are a long way from me in Japan and also, you can’t pay by credit card, you have to make a direct transfer; however, the reviews were generally positive, so I went ahead. I needn’t have worried, the order process was smooth, the communication was excellent and unbelievably, the package arrived on my doorstep from Japan in six days, better than Ebay, how great is that? I’m a very light smoker (special occasions only) so wont need any more for a while, but when I do HITCigars will be my go-to supplier.
