We’re truly sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. We completely understand how disappointing it is not to receive your order. As explained, the shipping carrier unfortunately lost your package in transit, an unexpected situation that no one wishes to happen. We’ve already contacted you via email to resolve this with a replacement and new tracking details. We sincerely appreciate your patience and hope to serve you better next time. If you need further assistance, please reach us at info@hirosarts.com

The keycaps look fantastic
The keycaps look fantastic! There's a great attention to detail on each cap I ordered, they look absolutely great! They also fit snug on my keyboard and feel fine after a lil bit of typing to break them in a lil bit.

Amazing!
Second time I buy from Hirosart and still super satified! The product is amazingly well done, I love it. The only minor problem I had was that the tracking didn't work for some reason, so I wasn't able to follow the delivery. But it still arrived as expected so no real issue.

Product is of good quality and packaged well. This is NOT a quick ship product, as it is custom made. From date of order to delivery was 40 days. Plan accordingly if you want this as a gift as I did.
