kept seeing these fake AI epoxy lamps all over TikTok and always wanted one, so I finally decided to do my due diligence. That’s when I came across this gem of a site.

I had absolutely no issues receiving my product. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but that’s understandable since I’m in the US. The lamp arrived in perfect condition with no damage whatsoever, and you can really tell that a lot of care, passion, and attention to detail went into making it.

10/10 — I’ll definitely be ordering from them again

Absolutely amazing! The Charizard and Togepi lamps are beautiful and even better than I expected. The quality and attention to detail are fantastic. They made my 6-year-old daughter's birthday extra special, and she absolutely loves them. Highly recommend Hirosart!

Ordered in beginning of June, curious on how the quality and legitimacy of the product was, and honestly forgot about it for awhile, got the shipment not too long ago and it arrived today.

overall im happy with the quality and the lamp is clear, not clouded.

Local carriers were responsible for a delay in delivery by a day.

Will be looking to order another one before long.

Delivery was fast, and the lamps I ordered were securely packaged. The lamps themselves are very beautiful. Undfortunately, there are fingerprints visible on the inside of one of the lamps that cannot be wiped off, as they appear to be embedded in the resin. On a second lamp, there is a small imperfection on the outside and the wooden base was simply included as an insert rather than being firmly attached to the lamp. These issues should normally have been caught during thorough inspection.
It's a real shame! :-/

The two resin night light models were excellent, my kids love them! While delivery took awhile, it’s understandable as they are hand made from Vietnam. Whenever I had questions, I emailed and received quick responses that helped me understand the process. Now that I saw the amazing night light, I’m looking at getting one for me and my office 😊

I communicated by email several times and there was always a speedy response, helpful information regarding my order, and very polite.

I ordered using a Mother’s Day coupon on 4/23. Based on the coupon, I was expecting that I was on the same page with the store… this was a Mother’s Day present and that’s when it would be delivered.

I heard nothing so I emailed on 4/29.

I received a response on 5/4 saying that they were on holiday from 4/30 to 5/3. Nothing was said about what happened from 4/23 to 4/30.

As of today, the tracking information continues to indicate that the package has not been received by the shipper.

I can be patient, but the store has just blown me off. No real information, no updates.

It’s disappointing to not be valued as the customer.

The vendor is incredibly patient and resourceful with every query, provided pics and videos to describe the situation/ products of can’t be explained with merely words. Glad to have a vendor with this approach.

Delivery period wad satisfactory, after all within the same region.

The product received late, and I should follow up to know when the order shipped and have the tracking number.

Product quality was great, communication with the company itself was amazing, very fast response time, highly recommend.

Unfortunately very bad experience. Super cool product and website is good but communication and shipping is very poor. I ordered late January and I have been waiting until now because I know it could take a while to ship from Vietnam (?). I didn’t even get confirmation for my payment. I was about to complain and ask for a refund but then it told me the order was processed. Excited, I tried the tracking number and that doesn’t even work even after 3 days. Maybe I did not read the website properly but I thought it would take 6-12 business days. I didn’t think it would take over 2 months. I understand things can take a while but communication could be very very helpful and put me at ease more.

Product was easy to order. When inquiring on the shipping being delayed, a representative responded immediately. I took 1 star off due to the item being shipped after 40 days.

Questions about your order will be answered very quickly and clearly so you know exactly what is going on, the team is very helpful and informative and products are very good quality.

Really positive and fast replies from the business. There was a mishap with the delivery and within about two emails they had resolved the problem which wasn't even caused by them. I can't recommend them enough the lamps look absolutely incredible. I will be purchasing again and probably going for the largest size as they so amazing and well detailed I think it's worth the money. Makes an incredible gift or giving your own space a bit of personality
