Hire Cars in Spain Anmeldelser

Be very careful with these guys. I booked a car for few days for 339 euros and they told me I would have to pay a surcharge of 65 euros for a one way fee when I pick up the car, which I agreed to.

However when I went to pick the car, there was an extra 100 euros to be paid on top of the 65 euros that I agreed to. So instead of paying 404 euros I ended up payin 495 euros.

When I requested an explanation, they simply said these charges were known at the time of booking, which is absolutely false.

Please don’t be fooled with their answers below. We were charged additional charges that were not in the marketing warnings (and not in the voucher at all). Also their marketing warning said it is possible to have unlimited mileage if requested as extra but the car company just refused it at their counter. Their offers are misleading at best or just not true at worst.

Reliable 100 per cent. With rest assured before and after booking. Best company I've dealt with. Easy to contact. From a happy customer. Thanks Gordon & Martin . Peter White

We’re just back from Spain after a 27 month delay! Hire Cars in Spain were brilliant as always. We went with a new (to us) hire company called OK Mobility. Martin recommended them and we were very pleased with the price, with the friendly service and the car (it even had a triangle, hi vis jackets and amazingly an aerial!). Great service all round.

Excellent customer service. Good range of hire companies to choose from. No upfront payment and no cancellation fees. All inclusive insurance packages also offered, a lot cheaper that the hire company deals. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience of dealing with this company. They are always on hand to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Recently booked a car and insurance with Hire cars in Spain. Though I could second guess the Government's thinking and got the dates wrong! Contacted Gordon and told him of my predicament, hoping that I wouldn't lose money on my prepaid insurance ( there's no deposit on the cars) He cancelled the car and gave me advice and phone link to the insurance. All sorted! No money lost. Car dates and insurance rearranged. No stress. Many thanks Gordon. Very professional and stress free advice and action. Highly recommended.

Hire Cars in Spain provide a very efficient service.

First time with this company, very helpful will use in future.

Very attentive.. Excellent value.. Very Easy to get through on the phone. Booked hire car in Spain for last two weeks of July,.. All inclusive option is worth considering for peace of mind. Will definitely use again and highlyrecommend them.
Thank you..

We will Definitely use this company again, they took the hassle out of finding a good hire company, we went for a full inclusive deal with record- go in Alicante airport great price and peace of mind. Thanks for all your help sorting us out with a great deal, we will definitely be using you again and recommending you.

Been using this company for two years and I can really recommend them to be reliable, friendly and able to find a great car hire deal for you. Don’t hesitate to trust them. Also this summer I cut my Spanish holiday short due to quarantine and they kindly negotiated a weeks refund for me. A****** rating!

You know those times when you find a great tradesman - you keep their details and pass them on to your friends - that is what I plan to do with this company. Call Gordon or Martin and they will give you all the inside tips on what to include and avoid
We also saved around 15% compared to other companies - great job

This is the only company I will use (I have been using for the last 5 years) as the communication with them is excellent - phone or email, their response to any queries and help is acknowledge and dealt with asap, excellent. Updates on offers, changes, advice and especially during the Coronavirus pandemic "lockdown" they have continually updated us with everything re car hire, closures etc. I have just booked and again the service is as always exceptional.

Probably the best car hire in Spain company in the UK. You ask for it, they will find you the cheapest hire car, best prices and great service. Since finding this company 2 years ago, I havent gone anywhere else.

Find their emails very helpful when I am looking to choose who hire with when I travel to Spain - always make sure that I read everything on their emails

Always fantastic service, never had a single issue in the 20 plus times I've used them for car hire in spain italy and Gibraltar.....definitely recommend

Although I have not booked a car yet I will be doing so very soon the reason I wanted to revue is because even though I have not booked this company made contact with me and gave me all the up to date information and prices of car hire which they did nor need. To do it. As I told them via mail I will book with them for our car hire for Jan Feb &March

I've been using this company for many many years and would highly recommend them. I just wouldn't use anyone else. If there is a problem they sort it out for you and they are incredibly helpful and responsive.

Despite the name I've used them around the world and they always offer sensible advice and guidance. Problem free car rental.

This company is exceptional. They really have the personal touch that so few companies now have. They deal with reputable car hire firms and have influence with them.
More recently, during the lockdown in Spain, I had significant problems returning a car. Martin contacted the car firm, Centauro, who allowed me to keep the car longer on a very reasonable daily rate and allowed me to return the car to a different airport with no extra charge.
Hiring a car abroad can be stressful. However, Hire Cars in Spain just seem to have the formula spot on. An efficient modern booking system with an excellent old fashioned caring attitude and service, taking the stress out of hiring. Jim Brooks
