A fantastic company to use. Highly recommended. We had Yande as our driver for 4 days. His communication with us via WhatsApp was great. He came with us into temples/waterfalls to help us with tickets and guided us around. Thank you Yande.

We were 5 days with Wayan that we hired through Hire Bali Driver. Everything was perfect since the booking from France earlier this year to the trip itself. Wayan was expecting us at the airport, drove us during these days, gave a lot of information regarding history, culture, religion, traditions...Our 3 young children felt very confident with him...even were sometimes alone with him during a couple of minutes and he took care of them. Sure we will share HBD details to our friends going to Bali !

I highly recommend Krisda! He took me and my partner on a day tour visiting numerous sites/activities. All I can say is, absolutely phenomenal. The service he provided and the kind heartedness made this trip wonderful and one to remember. Thank you Krisda!

Did a one day excursion across Ubud with my wife for our honeymoon. Yande was our driver and was absolutely phenomenal. He shared with us not only the spots on the itinerary but was also available to answer lots of questions we had. Excellent service!

It was a fantastic day spent with the family, Yande is super helpful, and as he lives in the region he knows all the corners and alternative paths to escape the traffic, as well as has a lot of information about all the places where we had the pleasure of walking: waterfalls, artisans who make magnificent works of traditional art in wood, coffee plantations, rice plantation terraces and to end the day in a big way, the Monkey Forest!

We had the absolute BEST experience with Wayan—hands down the highlight of our entire 2 weeks in Bali. From the moment we connected, he was so kind, genuine, and communicative. Even though we booked last minute, everything was seamless and extremely reasonable.

We initially chose our own itinerary, but Wayan suggested even better places—stunning, peaceful spots away from the usual tourist crowds. Every stop was meaningful, and his knowledge of Balinese culture, family, spirituality, community, and customs was literally incredible. We learned SO much and walked away with a deep appreciation for this beautiful island and its people.

There truly are no words to express what today meant to us. It was everything we hoped for and so much more. Wayan, you are an amazing representation of Bali and its spirit. We are leaving feeling full, grateful, and complete.

From the moment we booked this service to the day after we left, they have been one of the most professional, organized and polite services I've ever used. We have an 18 month old and a big group and they organized different vehicles for different days, depending on our luggage situation. Communication and payment was easy and it was very affordable, especially considering the level of service we received.

The best thing about this experience and service, though, was our driver Agus. Of all the drivers I've used (and I've used a TON in 30+ countries) Agus was my favorite. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Always on time, incredibly kind, and fun to be around. He took great care of us and our newborn in a way that's hard to even put in words. Thanks Agus and we hope to see you again!

Our tour began 7:30 am Kiut, our driver, picked us up on time and we started a great day visiting many of the wonders of Ubud. We began in the waterfall, although there are many steps, the walk is worth it! Kiut was very attentive always helping us taking pictures and giving us information about each place we visited. Then we went to the Monkey Forest, Kiut guided us through, the macaques are really fun to watch and the forest is beautiful. Then we drove to the market, where with a bit of haggle managed to buy a few souvenirs to bring back home. The coffee plantation was next, the visit is short but the welcome drinks, a selection of 14 coffees and teas is excellent. The Ubud temple was our next stop, where Kiut gave us a great explanation of the rituals, and intricacies of his religion, he is very knowledgeable and definitely made the experience much more interesting, to understand how and why things are done gave us great appreciation for the places we visited. After that, we went to have lunch, delicious, generous portions and a great view. The last stop was the rice plantation, beautiful views! And once again Kiut, with endless patience took our pictures and explained how everything works, and the importance of rice in the life in Bali. It is definitely a tour worth doing and if you are lucky to have Kiut as your guide, well … you already won!

Excellent tour with an excellent driver Yande. Yande was super flexible with what order you do the stops in and was well versed in Indonesian culture and history. He was very smiley and polite, a very positive experience. Would recommend.

Very relaxed and enjoyable day with Yande. He is very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions about the venues as well as questions in general about Bali. Plus he is flexible in that there is a schedule but was happy to mix it around. Would highly recommend him as a guide

We booked 3 days excursions with Hire Bali (Ubud monkey forest, rice culture, several temples and waterfalls, water palace of tirta ganga...) and everything was easy from the beginning to the end. Our driver Kiut was very punctual, helpful, friendly and happy to answer our questions. Thanks to him we learnt a lot about balinese culture. He speaks english very well and we appreciated his kindness and all conversations with him. He took such beautiful photos of our family in each place we visited! I recommend this company and also Kiut to have a great experience in Bali!

Our driver Agus made our tour experience great!
Agus is a warm and engaging communicater who combines patience with enthusiasm making him approachable and highly informative , he gave a lovely engaging tour experience explaining about the temples and the Balinese culture and he offered to take plenty of great photos capturing lovely moments for us within the tour and drove us safely to each attraction.
I would definitely do a guided tour again and recommend Agus every time!

Onze chauffeur Benik liet ons tijdens onze tour drie prachtige watervallen zien in de omgeving van Ubud, Bali. Hij haalde ons op bij het hotel en zorgde onderweg voor water en een goede dosis humor. Wat het extra leuk maakte, was dat hij ook foto’s van ons nam. Zo hebben we mooie herinneringen om op terug te kijken. Een super ervaring, zeker de moeite waard!

We had a truly enjoyable experience with our private driver, Krisda. He was both professional and friendly, making the entire trip smooth and stress free. Thanks to his deep knowledge of Bali’s roads, we were able to avoid heavy traffic and maximise our time exploring. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the Kecak dance was a definite highlight of the day. Krisda’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel well looked after throughout the journey. We also appreciated the engaging conversations in both English and Japanese, which added a personal touch to the experience. We highly recommend Krisda to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant private driver in Bali.

I give this tour 10 out of 10. Benik was such an amazing guide! The pick up time from my hotel was at 6:00 am, but he was there waiting before that time. He was very knowledgeable about all of the stops that we went to. When we went to the gate of heaven I learned about the bell that's used to signal various ceremonies at the temple and how it is also used to signal natural disasters like earthquakes and to let people know if someone is stranded on the road. He explained the history behind the water palace and how the king made it for his wife. All three of the waterfalls we went to were amazing, and it was so great getting to have him as a personal photographer. He took really good videos and pictures throughout the entire day. The roads in Bali can be bumpy and difficult to navigate but I felt completely safe the entire time I was in the car with him. Also, he is hilarious! He joked with me the entire day which made for an even better tour experience. I highly recommend Ben as your tour guide. You can't go wrong with him!

Three fantastic days with Aron who showed us all the best places to see in Bali. He explained everything so well and was extremely knowledgeable.

Bali is such a beautiful country and we were so lucky to see so much of it thanks to a well-planned itinerary.

The views were amazing and was everything I could have hoped for. My private driver Benik was wonderful. He was attentive and so very knowledgeable. I learned so much about the locations we visited and about Balinese culture. He was funny and made my experience so fun! Highly recommend!!
