Just a really good service

Been waiting for a 5th day for delivery. Contacted them yesterday, received email back saying awaiting yodel collection.
Today no change to delivery details.
2-3 days it isn't. Will cancell order.

The insulation was delivered quickly and it has great texture

Very good value for money, easy to handle and fit, just bought some more.

Prompt delivery and a good product

Good vibe from the get go, excellent website … well laid out and easy to follow. Ordering product was straightforward, as was confirmation of despatch and thereafter timely delivery information towards, and up to successful delivery.

I finally got the right quality filling that I was used to getting.
The delivery this time on the last order was much improved.

Too many emails from trust pilot what A pain in backside do not want your surveys unless you want to pay £100 a survey I am being polite this time now stop sending them

Great service, prompt response, friendly and approachable lady in customer service. Ordered on Weds, rec'd on Friday and fitted on Saturday.

Insulation roll was delivered promptly. It proved easy to use and install, even in a very old loft. Pleased that it contains a high element of recycled plastic

Brilliant service - next day delivery - really good product - will definitely use again.

Very prompt service, good price and excellent product.

When I reported a difficulty getting tracking information,
the company quickly responded with a reassuring text message. Delivery was as promised. It is a test of a firms competence and customer care to respond in the event of problems. HighLoft passed this test with flying colours.

Arrived on time as described the quality was consistent throughout the product it was easy to cut and lay. Found it easier to cut the bags open in the loft (although I have room to stand up in mine) and leave to spread itself out before laying. Spoke to customer services several times and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Only time will tell if the product will do its job but there is no reason why not. Overall a very good experience and a pleasure to deal with.

Whilst there was an initial shortfall in the number of rolls of insulation delivered that was dealt with quickly and without question. The product is simple to install without the discomfort of older style alternatives. Pleased to recommend it to future potential buters.

The price and quality of the product plus free delivery.

It was my 1st time using your company to buy my loft insulation. Could not thought your service from start to finish. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend 👌. Keep up the good work. I boarded my loft out and used your insulation. Great and easy insulation to use 👍.
