Very nice helpful knowlegable and patient engineer who attended my 92 yr old, nearly deaf relative. Explained everything to him and cleaned up well afterwards. Would highly recommend them and we are using them again.

Very responsive and efficient.
Great communication and visits on time as planned.
During Martin's visit there was an unexpected problem with a cupboard however,Martin rectified the issue with good humour and was extremely helpful

Excellent service. Martin arrived on time and was polite and extremely efficient. He left a good detailed report and I am sure his service to our boiler was five star!

Very good prompt service. Would recommend.

Craig came out in about October to fix my leaking boiler. We contacted him and he fit us in the next day. He sorted it all in just over an hour and gave me advice on what I needed to do to avoid the problem happening again.
He then came back recently with Joshua to do a full system flush and both were very professional and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!

Great service and communication. Felix was efficient, professional and treated us and our home with respect.

Excellent experience with Highfield plumbing and heating from the start.
Booked in quickly to visit my property to give an assessment and quote for the job required, once accepted again the date for installation was hastily scheduled to my required time frame.
On the day of installation I was texted by the company to confirm that they were on their way which was very helpful.
The job was completed in a timely fashion and my property was left in the same condition as before.
The after care and close contact with the company post installation was exemplary.
I would definitely recommend Highfield Plumbing and heating. Excellent all round.

Very quick response.

Sorted my cooker

I booked in with Highfield a few weeks before the appointment. I received a few reminders and also had a text 25 minutes before Martins arrival to let me know he was on his way.

Martin was prompt, professional and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Martin turned up on time, did the annual service, no mess no fuss. Nice one👍👍

Excellent experience. Felix was very friendly and resolved the issue. Will go to them again for any future issues.

Second time using Highfield and I was equally impressed this time as I was the first time. Felix was on time, friendly and explained everything he needed to do and why. Workmanship was tip top and left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommend. Great company, fantastic team and customer service!

Excellent speedy service

Urgent call out with history with Highfield.. engineers were early, polite, stuck with job until it was all sorted.. excellent - I ve signed up for the care plan!

We had an issue with intermittent hot water for over a year, and a large energy company was unable to resolve it. We then contacted a local company, Highfield Plumbing and Heating, and the difference was night and day.
The problem was quickly diagnosed, parts were ordered, and the issue was resolved — we finally have consistent hot water. The team kept us informed at every stage, were extremely professional, punctual, and their pricing was very reasonable.
We were so impressed that we took out their yearly boiler service plan. I would definitely recommend Highfield Plumbing and Heating.
Thank you to Martin and the team.

Every part of the process went swiftly and smoothly, from the first contact via Checkatrade, to getting the work completed. Just what's needed when you find a water leak in the week before Christmas! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Clear communication, information and prices from a very professional and friendly team from the outset. I’ve had my boilers annual service carried out by Felix who took the time to discuss the boiler and the most efficient temperatures for the CH and water. I’ve since had a sink and toilet removed by Martin, everything was left sealed and he very kindly carried them outside to the back of the drive. The price I was quoted was reduced as it hadn’t taken as long, which was very much appreciated. Lovely experience with engineers who both seemed very happy in their work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Polite, onetime, professional
