Craig came out in an emergency on a Saturday afternoon to fix the boiler after another company had damaged it doing a terrible service.
Fixed it in no time and got everything back up and running better than ever.

Kieran and his apprentice visited to carry out my annual service on my Ideal Combi Boiler. I found them highly efficient and knowledgeable. The booking process was very simple and the support team very helpful.
I would definitely recommend Highfield Plumbing, and their annual service plan is very good value enabling you to spread the costs over the year.

Kieran & Martin fitted a large towel rail for us and drilled through the internal garage wall to connect to the boiler. All very neat and just how we wanted it, despite the fact that the garage wall was even wider than they had expected. Very pleased. Mike Rose

Got back from holiday, we had no water.
Called out plumber via Best Technicians, was told call out fee would be £49.
Plumber turned up, investigated for 20mins, couldn't find the problem so left again. Bill....£226.80.
I eventually found the problem was a stop cock under the sink had been turned off by the house sitter who hadn't told us. I'm not a skilled or experienced plumber but managed to find and open a stop cock.
Please exercise caution, don't get ripped off like we did.

Did a fantastic job rang them Tuesday for a quote they came Wednesday and did the work quickly and efficiently I’m extremely happy with the results would 100% recommend

Brilliant company. Rang them at 12:20 with an issue, by 2:30 one of the engineers had come, diagnosed the problem, picked up a new part and fitted it.
The issue still persisted the next day, and an engineer was sent out that morning to fix it for us.
Very efficient company, great customer service and cheap prices. Would use again if any more issues arise, thank you!

More than happy with the work carried out, no complaints at all and will have them back to do some more work for me later in the year.

This is the 2nd time I've used Highfields to service the boiler. This time I recieved texts and emails confirming my appointment, then a reminder the day before and a message on the morning of the service to inform me Kieron was on his way, can't get better than that even though they were 40 minutes early but better than not showing up. Kieron and his mate were very professional and courteous.
