Easy to book and great communication. Sorted our query fast and gave us honest feedback regarding our underfloor heating. They did say that they would provide a quote for some fusible future work which has not yet been given and will have to chase. Apart from that. Fantastic service. Would recommend

Brilliant service, I have used Highfield multiple times for boiler repairs, shower install and radiator replacement.

Everytime their communication has been absolutely brilliant, Sarah is fantastic and so helpful with bookings and appointments . All plumbers are respectful and explain everything.

Timings are always flexible and they try to accommodate working hours and the best time for me.

The engineers are always clean and tidy and never leave a mess.

Have already recommended them to family and will use them again for upcoming bathroom renovation.

From initial quote to job completion Highfield have been an excellent company to do business with. Always turned up on time across three visits and communication was easy and prompt. Although the team swapping our boiler hit a couple of snags, they remained on site until late in the evening to make sure everything was completed. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and came out as soon as needed.

Great service, arrived an hour after being called on a Sunday morning, after a burst pipe emergency. The issue was identified quickly, rectified and communicated efficiently. Craig was brilliant, highly recommend.

heating and hot water.
Highfield arranged a visit very quickly and Martin
arrived duly on time.
The problem was diagnosed and rectified quickly
and efficiently.
I certainly recommend Highfield as my they are
a very polite, professional and attentive company to deal with.

I have had two problems which Craig has promptly sorted out.

I first had a leak in my bathroom, this turned out to be my stop tap, I rang Craig and he came straight out that day when he said he would and fixed it.

My second was a Boiler Service, but it was making a really strange noise even after it had passed all it's checks, so Craig again came straight back out to check it and it appears it's been fine ever since.

I was most impressed by the fact that Craig turned up when he said he would, in my experience with workmen, it's rare! He was always polite and finished the jobs he cane to do.

I would definitely recommend to other people.

Issue with Boiler, they came and fixed the issue very quickly

Very friendly and experienced engineer. He happily talked through what he was doing and once he had resolved the issue checked that we (customer) understood. Engineer ensured that we had contact details in case of any further issues. Very good customer service and I highly recommend Martin.

Martin was friendly and very helpful. He fixed a leaking water pipe and isolated a leak on our four year old boiler, which had frozen up during the cold snap. He arranged for a Worcester Bosch engineer to come out the following day to replace a part on the boiler that had failed as it was still under warranty.
He explained what he was doing throughout.

Friendly, attentive and professional service, with quick responses, not only quick to answer queries but in attending to the issue also. We’re grateful to Highfield in fixing our boiler issue, particularly as it was the coldest of January weekends! They also kept within the bracket of their approximate quote - that is always reassuring.

We booked a boiler service for the first time with Highfield. Excellent communication with Sarah in the office. The lads turned up when expected, got on with the service quickly, and left the space nice and tidy. I will certainly be using this company again!
