I ordered a pair of Hey Dude shoes. There was a 40% discount advertised on the specific shoe. It did not process the discount when ordered. I contacted customer service and was told the discount was not available on that shoe. I sent a screenshot to show the advertised discount on that shoe. I received an answer that said the shoe is not discounted. I asked again and received a garbled answer that did not make any sense. I have asked for the order to be canceled if the discount can not be applied to my purchase. I received no reply to the request to cancel. The company’s customer service is horrible. And they falsely advertise discounts. Terrible company.

Joke of a company. Their woman's shoes run 1 size too big, the do not offer exchanges and for international returns you need to pay out of pocket $34 (half the cost of the shoe). Call agent states they can honour the price I paid previously for my new purchase, but I get an email stating they can not honour the discount and I need to pay full price. They also told me the specific shoe was "out of stock" however when I went on the website the shoe was clearly not out of stock and was available in all sizes. Save your money, this business is a joke and have horrid principles. Will never be purchasing from this company again.

Website offered a 25% discount which I noticed afterward [10 min later]so now they won't honour it . Also ordered a size 13 shoe which is supposed to fit a 12" foot as per their foot size chart.. My foot is 11.5" and it doesn't fit. I'm asked to pay $30.00 to return shoes. It cost me $15.00 to have it shipped to my home. This is about as poor customer service as it gets. Your better to order it off amazon with no charge delivery and lower price. Found this out afterward,

The pair of shoes I received for $70 is worth about $20. Poor construction, very flimsy. This is the worst experience I have had ordering shoes online and I order shoes on a regular basis.

Hey Dude, where’s my order?
I ordered my HeyDudes on 4 April with the promise of 3–5 working days delivery. It’s now well past that, and after countless phone calls, emails, and empty promises, I still haven’t received a thing.

You claim to “defy expectations” and “embrace the unknown”—well, you’ve certainly delivered on the unknown part. I have no clue where my shoes are, or if I’ll ever get them. Comfort? Confidence? Creativity? Right now, I’m just feeling frustrated and ripped off.

So Hey Dude, how about rallying around your customers and delivering what we paid for? Or do we just keep embracing the ambiguity while our money vanishes into thin air?

These are made of Hard Smelly Plastic. I am shocked at how awful they are.

Wurde Kassensturz gemeldet. Sehr unfreundlicher Kontakt.
Bei Rücksendung wurde sogar Portokosten abgezogen. Somit 2x Portokosten bezahlt. Holt euch die Heydude im Laden, so merkt ihr den Unterschied was echte Heydude sind.
Unglaublich, dass so etwas leider immer noch möglich ist.

These shoes are marginal at best and overpriced. The customer service is the worst I have delt with in years. They don't even box the shoes and mail them in a bag. With many costing over $65, a box is not asking too much.

Love my shoes!!! I purchased 4 pair all in my favorite colors!!! I love wearing heydudes with my black leggings!!! Super comfortable and easy to take care of my last pair are still in good condition and I washed them frequently!! I just wanted some more in my favorite colors!!! My last pair are going on 21/2 years

We own several pairs of Hey Dude Shoes and the product is great however I can’t say the same for the Customer Support. I returned one of the pairs bought as a Christmas gift and I am still waiting for the refund 40 days later???

Molto male, ho comprato un paio di scarpe il 26/12 ovviamente pensando di riceverle anche dopo settimane senza problemi ma ieri il 14/01 scrivo per chiedere a che punto fosse la spedizione vedendo ordine ancora IN LAVORAZIONE, mi rispondono dopo 2 giorni che Bartolini era passato e quindi le scarpe erano tornate in magazzino. In casa c'è sempre qualcuno quindi è molto strano, inoltre non c'era niente nella bacchetta e nulla per email... E non ho neppure riavuto il riaccredito. Ho provato anche a chiamare ma ti passano in Albania e chiudono la telefonata

Literally needed to make a slight size adjustment minutes after ordering. They said they can’t do anything with the order and to review their “policy.” Lol.

Ordered a pair of HD shoes online, paid their overly high shipping fees and when I needed to return them (wrong size) the shipping fees doubled and their response was "Oh well that's our policy". I offered to return to a retail outlet. No response. Asked about alternate shipping methods. No response. The return shipping fee was 65% of what I originally paid for the shoes! I'll never order from HD/Crocs again. I recommend you save yourself the hassle as well.

Product is OK and arrived quickly but these clowns have constantly spammed me ever since - trying to sell me more products - despite me repeatedly asking them not to and unsubscribing several times.

I have reported their unethical and unlawful practices to the Information Commissioner's Office.

I ordered an egift card on 12/21/24 and paid for it to be sent on Christmas and of course it wasn't. Now customer service is of no help and after reading other reviews it sounds like they don't do anything to help. I want my money back but they don't reply to until days later...

Ordered shoes for my son before the Christmas delivery deadline. The shoes haven’t shipped. A label has been created and nothing has happened for 4 days. I called to check the status and was told very rudely that MAYBE they will come before Christmas. They informed me I chose standard shipping, disregarding the fact their website very clearly stated they would arrive on time. Did not prompt me to choose expedited shipping for on-time delivery. Their agents were rude. When I asked for a refund, for them to be expedited or to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. TWICE. Garbage. Do not order from this company. To be honest, the shoes are horribly made and are ugly.

I now own several pairs of Hey Dude shoes. They are lightweight, the soles grip well, there’s room for toes, and they’re supremely comfortable. Apart from wellies, I’ve worn nothing else for months, and they are wearing very well. Mine arrived quickly and were as described so I’ve not had any dealings with customer service.

Had a write with them regarding an order of 2 pair of shoes. They told me that they have nothing in there system regarding my name.

But they also give me an update that my shoes was on there way, as they have left there Stock.

Well then I wrote them I had an order confirmation and also that they allready had drawn money from my Bank Account! I also gave then attached files of these 2 things.

Waiting for the Answer of that, but for now I not that happy with there way of handling this, so I just hope for a turn around of how I see them, and they deliver my 2 pair of shoes asap, which I allready have paid for.

HEYDUDE, I understand the effort to use eco-friendly packaging, but I received my order today, and the shoes arrived in a bag instead of a proper shoe box. Not only could they have been damaged during delivery, but they also look like they could be a returned item. This is really disappointing, as I expected brand-new shoes in a box. Without proper packaging, how do expect the shoes to arrive undamaged? I appreciate the commitment to going green, but perhaps consider using biodegradable boxes instead—this approach isn’t working.
