James and Chris did a very efficient job taking everything I wanted and even an additional item.Took some bulky items down a flight of stairs easily and quickly.Well pleased and will be using them again soon.

The 2 (Richard & James) guys turned up as planned, polite, caring with a clear goal to help in anyway they could!! Cleaned out 2 lofts quickly, helped me sort things out and then took away everything I did not want. Great and fair price in the end too. Thoroughly recommend this company and I will be using them again..!

They have just cleared out my mother’s belongings due to her death. Quick polite and very pleased with their service, price competitive with others and at least I know that items have been disposed in the correct way. Will not hesitate to use again

Carpet removal. I rang Heyclear to come & remove my lounge rug they came very promptly. 2 lads Ryan & James. They were polite Friendly & efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. However I was a bit alarmed by the price I was charged. Admittedly I only had one item & as your a household clearance company generally there would be more to clear. but I was told by the young lady Jess that You charge £70 pounds not 90. The price was a bit much but this time I payed as I didn't want any fuss. Thank you Mrs Austin.

Having been involved in the past 18 months in two family house clearances being so distant from this one plus time factor we decided to seek professional advice . Best decision we made the heyclear team did exactly what it said on the box . Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of taking this on themselves Thank you for a fantastic massive job well done

The two lads were punctual,hard workers Jack and Richard didn't stop on both days. They have made my house looking good as new in fact I forgot I had carpets with everything I had bought from temu piled up on them. They more importantly have lifted my depression. They are a credit to Heyclear as our the two lads who came to help them finish the job and also Jack and not forgetting the two lovely ladies I spoke with. You have all made a depressed man perky again. I would love to wish them all a Very Merry Christmas and I hope they enjoy their well earnt steak dinners and drinks tonight. All the very best and don't forget to keep Jack away from the cucumber sandwiches and the volavonts otherwise he won't have room for his 28day matured ribeye.

Booked in for garage and garden clearance. Communication from the whole team was spot on! No hidden costs and the quote was great considering how much they cleared. Richard and Jack were the two operatives, that regardless of the weather conditions, were very happy to help and worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly. Can't recommend this company enough for their professionalism, communication, effectiveness and price.

Very friendly staff who answered the phone to give a quote, and operative who did all the hard work and heavy lifting at the house. They asked more than once if everything was to my satisfaction and ensured the area clean and tidy before they left.

I had a quick response to my request for a quote, with someone visiting the following day. The quote was the most competitive.
The clearance team were on time, took great care in removing everything and checked where there was any doubt about taking an item. The team were very polite and helpful. Overall this was customer service of the highest order.
