We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.

For transparency, the pricing update was first communicated to all registered customers on 15 February 2026 via email. We also sent a final reminder on 1 March 2026, which was the deadline to claim the optional 3-month price-lock offer. The new pricing itself does not take effect immediately on that date, it applies only from each customer’s next billing cycle.

Your subscription has been on our heavily discounted Starter plan at $1/month for the past three months. The updated price of $1.67/month reflects necessary adjustments due to rising global infrastructure and server costs so we can continue maintaining reliable performance, security, and support while keeping pricing accessible.

As a goodwill gesture, we offered customers the option to lock their existing price for an additional three months in exchange for honest feedback, not positive or biased reviews. We also reached out to you via support to confirm whether the earlier notice had been received but did not hear back from you prior to this review.

We understand that price changes can be frustrating, which is why we aimed to communicate in advance and provide options. Our priority remains long-term transparency, sustainability, and service quality for all customers.
