Lijkt in geen geval op de slippers op de site, de beschrijving klopt voor geen meter, geen ondersteuning, veel te lage zool geen stretch stof maar veel te ruime stof.

Total not the quality , look and comfort the described. Its scam!!!

I also ordered the orthopedic sandals and they are cheap and also don't fit. Customer service also got back to me by email and I was offered 20% refund, and then 30% refund. Product comes from China and is no way near to what it sais it will do. DO NOT BUY THEM! Hexocare is certainly NOT a reputable site. They rip you off and refuse to back up their products. DO NOT ORDER FROM HEXOCARE!

If I could give no stars, I would. Another person who ordered orthopedic sandals and they are terrible and don't fit. Customer service got back to me by email and I was offered 20% refund, and then 30% refund. The site does not say the order is coming from China, and it does not say that returns must go to Denmark. I have learned my lesson about not ordering from unreliable/unknown sources, and Hexocare is certainly NOT a reputable site. They rip you off and refuse to back up their products. DO NOT ORDER FROM HEXOCARE!

Update 28-08: Het pakket is door Post.nl weer terug gestuurd en ontvangen, en mijn portokosten op mijn bankrekening teruggestort😉. Verkocht op mijn Vinted account. Update 26-07 : Ik heb toch het pakket terug gestuurd via Post-.nl, aangetekend..
per 05-08-24 kreeg ik een bericht dat de douane in Denemarken het pakket heeft geweigerd..😒. Wordt terug gestuurd....
Pakket wordt pas na 10 dagen in Denemarken te hebben gelegen teruggestuurd naar Nederland toe...
Ik kwam er te laat achter ( door slechte reviews...)door een bestelling te plaatsen,
Elke keer hetzelfde antwoord terug...
Alleen tegen 30% van de kostprijs om te vergoeden....!! om het artikel te kunnen houden???

Koop nooit bij dit bedrijf!!! Komt rechtstreeks uit China!!

I've been contactedby Hexocare with return instructions.....the product has to be returned to Denmark. The sandals had a return address of California but Hexocare says I have to return them to Denmark and that I have to pay for shipping. Shipping from the US to Denmark is prohibitive. No where on Hexocare's website does it say the product is shipped from one country and has to be returned to another.

We ordered a pair of women's sandals, the Hexocomfy Orthopedic Sandals. The sandals are hard as a rock and hurt my feet. Wearing them is like walking on a rocky path with no support whatsoever. I'm trying to return the sandals, and they are saying they'll only give me 20% of my money back. Even though I received the sandals 3 days ago, which is well within the 2 week return time frame, they are saying only 20% refund. What a terrible company to do business with.

Ik bestelde hier 2 Hexobra’s dit is kennelijk een dropshipbedrijf. De getoonde foto’s zijn anders dan het werkelijke product (afkomstig uit China) geen idee dat het daar vandaan zou komen. De prijs is het product zeker niet waard. Ook krijg ik er een allergische reactie op en 1 bra was verkeerde maat(zelf eerst verkeerd ingevuld en later gecorrigeerd door medewerker in andere verkeerde maat) maar waar gewerkt word worden fouten gemaakt kan gebeuren. Mail gestuurd dat ik de bra’s wilde retourneren kreeg ik een aanbieding om het product te houden eventueel iemand in de toekomst cadeau te doen. Wat moet ik ermee als het niet past en reactie geeft en ik 20% van het bedrag retour zou krijgen omdat de retour portokosten waarschijnlijk hoger uit zouden vallen dan dat ik voor het product betaald had (bijna 60€) en zij sowieso al verlies zouden hebben en ook dat pakketjes soms kwijt raken adviseren zij het met trac&trace te versturen zodat je de aanspraak kan maken bij de verzenddienst waardoor je geneigd bent voor de 20% te gaan.
Opnieuw een mail gestuurd dat ik het product retour wilde zenden. Nu stond er in de mail bedankt voor het bellen (geen telefonisch contact gehad) en kreeg vervolgens een aanbieding van 30% retour en het product houden.
Wat moet ik met een product wat niet past en waar ik een allergische reactie op krijg. Uiteindelijk heb ik pakketkosten €10.50 betaald incl track&trace mijn bijna 60€ netjes retour gekregen. Ik hoef niet te leuren met Hexo bra’s die je aan een ander toch niet kan slijten door de waardeloze kwaliteit.
Tevens krijg ik sterk de indruk dat de mails verstuurd worden door een vertaalsite of AI aangezien de mails op een heel rare manier beantwoord worden.
Ik zeg Hexocare een No Go ik geef 3 sterren omdat er misschien andere mensen wel iets van kwaliteit zouden kunnen vinden op die site en dat ik mijn geld snel retour had.

Chinese plastic fantastic meuk voor veel te veel geld, oplichters zijn het. Ze willen niks retour ontvangen, maar bieden 20% refund aan onder het mom van, ben je goedkoper uit dan terugsturen wat overigens ook voor eigen kosten is. Je betaalt dan alsnog de hoofdprijs voor hun rommel, want terugsturen is veel goedkoper. Als je aangeeft dat je geen refund wil maar retour wilt sturen dan vallen ze stil en kun je barsten en vooral fluiten naar je geld. Geen artikelen kopen hier!!!

The shoes are the cheapest material, not at all what was represented as orthotic shoes. AND they sent me the wrong size and wouldn't pay for shipping back. They insisted on sending me the correct size instead. The shipping to Holland is more than the shoes, which were shipped from China. So now I'm stuck with shoes that are the worst of the worst.

I want to return a pair of orthopaedic sandals. They were presented as high quality shoes. But it is made in China-crap. And they did not fit. Via email correspondence they urged me to accept a 20% refund and keep the sandals, wich I refused. They offered 30%, but I insisted on returning the product and a having a full refund. After sending the product: radiosilence all the way. The package could not be delivered en has been brought to a pick-up location. Nobody has then picked it up. No contact via email, no response on the telephone. Totally unreliable company! DON'T BUY HERE!!

Scammers: products come from China and they pretend that you are dealing with the European market. And they charge the same price as the European market. The order was defective and when I sent an email with a return notification, I was kept on the line until I no longer felt like sending it back. In the meantime I have a defective device and my money has been stolen by scammers🙈🙈

I ordered shoes for my vacation and luckily they arrived in good condition right before I left .

I ordered hexocare sandals for a beach trip. A week after ordering i was informed the shipping was delayed. Did not realize product was in China. My shoes arrived a week after my trip concluded. They where packaged smashed together with no padding in the toe, yielding an unsightly crease in the cheap materIals. The shoe is so poorly made and materials are low grade. My foot actually sticks to the vinyl footbed and the sole is just a flat flimsy firm foam- no arch at all. I asked to return and was issued a crappy response that due to return costs they would be taking a loss on the product either way???
How are you taking a loss on a product sold at asking price?
Then offered me a return of 20% of my purchase price back and allow me to regift the shoes. Uh no! Unacceptable

Do not buy these products if you are in need of an orthopedic product and live in the USA. Its a complete scam.

I bought the Hexo Care bunion orthopedic sandals. There is nothing in the material that would pull the big toe away from the others to support a realignment of the bone. They are rubbish. Don't waste your money.

UPDATE…. My message finally got through to a woman, that reviewed my entire email conversation with the person who refused to give me a refund. She refunded my money, without my returning the item. I am very relieved, because, when I opened the package I was disgusted at the quality of the item from China. (The item went straight into the trash). When I ordered it, believing a company from Denmark, would sell a quality product. I still stand by my original review…… do not order anything from Hexocare.

I purchased an item from Hexocare, their cancellation policy clearly states I had 24 hours to cancel. I tried multiple times to cancel within minutes of finishing the order. Within a couple of hours, I received a email saying the order has been shipped. The order should not been shipped. I received the order a couple of weeks later. Hexocare has a location in New York, I have tried multiple times to get my message to them, but they want me to send it back to Denmark. I refuse to pay for the return shipping. They offered me 30% of the cost of the order instead of returning it to Denmark. I refuse to take anything less than the price I paid and to get a return label. Hexocare refuse to pay for the shipping back. They are a huge failure!!!!! Once they got my money, that’s all they care about. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Hexocare International!!!

NEVER GOOGLE SHOES FOR PLANTAR FASCIITIS AND ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT YOU THINK IS LEGIT BASED ON THEIR RATING ON GOOGLE. I PAID 59.99$ for shoes I wouldn’t wear to the beach. Hard plastic, cheap material, no arch support , the top too large and thin fabric. No box, no receipt, no invoice, no return information, no company information! Had to find the name through googling the same thing as before. Also charged a foreign transaction fee which I did not agree to. Came from Rancho Cucamonga from some guy named Jerry Yasfbara , looked that up and related to several scams.
