Ordered shoes from this “company”last August after seeing them advertised on Facebook. No goods have arrived, despite several impersonal emails assuring me that the goods were on their way. Will never trust advertising seen on Facebook again. A complete scam!

Absolute scam. 3 shirts ordered in August. None arrived.

So wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing. I ordered shoes back in August and never received them. Numerous polite emails but no refund despite my many requests. In the end I went to the bank and asked them to retract payment. The company have sent them false documentation showing signed for parcel delivered in August! Which of course it wasn't. After the date of supposed delivery they claimed parcel was still at the airport. And every tracking number they sent didn't actually link to anything. Absolute rip off merchants. Do not buy from them.

Ordered a dress in August this year which never arrived. Any advice on how can I get my money back; I made the purchase through PayPal😔

The goods, ordered in late August, two blouses, never arrived. Have had numerous polite email contact with promises of delivery, apologies and excuses, basically strung along. To date, late November, still no goods. This company is aka JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO LTD.

Wish I had looked them up here before I ordered. Lesson learnt.

Total scam!!! Like others I ordered in August and haven't received them. They won't refund or redeliver. Just fob me off saying they're with supplier.

Like everyone else, I ordered shoes which never arrived. I had two different tracking numbers - one Yodel and one Royal Mail neither of which (on checking) were for my name and address. PayPal believed them and so did not uphold my dispute so I have no means of recouping my money. Pure scam and PayPal were absolutely no help as they want to see the proof (which I have from Royal Mail) but there is no way of emailing it to them.

I ordered shoes from this firm beginning of August and never arrived! Loads of different excuses including said they had been delivered! Do not order from here! Total scam, am taking it up with PayPal.

Total scam. Hersgarden said parcel had been delivered in August.I called the delivery company and they said tracking number had another name and address . I contacted Hersgarden again, generic response, pandemic delays blah blah. Paypal are trying to resolve this.

Do not use this company. They make promises but don't keep them.
Ordered shoes in June never arrived. Emailed company several times still no shoes after more assurances.

Like others, I would give Hersgarden zero stars if it were possible. I ordered my shoes in July and after much correspondence, replied to politely every time but no promise of shoes and asking me ( 16 weeks after paying) to be patient. They say they were dispatched but probably held up due to the pandemic. Not even in the colour I requested. Complete fraudsters. I too shall be reporting fraud. Hope the rest of you are doing this too.

I ordered shoes in August numerous emails still not received fraudulent company avoid at all costs if I could give zero stars I would. No refund nothing. Be warned.

Disgusted - still waiting my items after 4 months (ordered in August 2020).
Ordered via a link from Facebook and really they should check the adverts they are listing are legitimate also.
My recommendation - don't bother - a load of scammers and you won't get your goods

Absolute rubbish, they are complete scammers DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. Paid for shoes 2 months ago. Still not arrived . They keep fobbing me off

Complete SCAM do not buy from this company, still no sign of my boots that were ordered over 3 months ago, emails are exactly as others say below!

I have also bought a cardigan from this fake company in August. Promised 2 week delivery. Same as previous comment the pandemic is delaying arrival. I am now contacting Action fraud. I suggest everyone else does to get this fake business removed off all social media

I never received the shoes I ordered and took the case to paypal and after 2 months closed the case in their favour so I have lost out. They are nothing but Scammers and Thieves
