I would not give this company any star ratings their products are cheap import rubbish from china , I bought a pair of green boots there were poorly made cheap material and the sizing is all wrong,tried to obtain a refund or a return address and it was declined even though they were as I received them .
Please keep away from this crap company

One star is far too high a rating for this company. Extremely poor quality, item not as advertised & farcical customer service. They are obtaining money by deception & breaching the Trades Descriptions Act.
They have taken a relatively small amount of money from me, but having read the reviews there are countless others so it appears they are making a small fortune. No doubt relying on most bot bothering to pursue.
I am not most people.

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered what looked like a lovely cotton top, in reality what arrived was some cheap nylon item. Definitely some false marketing going on.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

After browsing the shoes online I messaged them asking if the sizes were normal U.K. sizes and they assured me they were. I went ahead and ordered a pair, the cost of shipping increased the total by about £10 which was the first disappointment.
After waiting over 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive I was looking forward to finally having these ‘comfortable shoes’ they have advertised. They were far too small, I usually take a 6, occasionally a 5.5 and these were tiny. I contacted them straight away requesting to return them as they were not as advertised. They refused as they had sent me what I ordered. They then chose to ignore me completely. I am now £30 down and left with a terribly made pair of shoes that will probably end up in the bin. This company should not be allowed to trade!jj

I am but one of many scammed out of my good money. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals based on the UK sizing. I am a size 7.5 so I ordered 7.5/8 on arrival I only had to take the shoes out of the flimsy bag to see they were more a size 6 so obviously wouldn't fit. On emailing the customer service (joke!) I was told I can't send them back as I received what I ordered! After quite a few emails sent to and fro with them never changing their words I called them ..... well possibly not a good thing to repeat but basically cheats, liars, thieves, disgusting and so on. The reply came in one of the emails "Our company stipulates that if there is no wrong item sent, it is not supported to return or exchange".. How many times I wonder have they said the same thing? I didn't see that clause on the return information.
So I am 37 pounds out of pocket and have 2 pairs of rubbish shoes to dump somewhere.
Please Please do not order from this vile and dishonest company. Be aware they will be trading with other names also.

Shocked at this company. Advertised on Instagram shoes with arch support, positive reviews in comments, uk based. In fact shoddy ill fitting Chinese manufactured rubbish. When I complained they suggested I give them to a friend and refused to refund. Am not normally taken in - lock down must have warped my judgement

I wish I had read Trustpilot before ordering a pair of sandals which looked so lovely on facebook. They took over a month to arrive (I emailed twice and to be fair they did respond - told me to be patient!) and they are such poor quality and nothing like the photo. I am not even going to attempt to return them. Just learn my lesson.

Beware when ordering from this company.

I ordered shoes in my size but they are too small - obviously don't make sizes correctly. Am trying to return and get a refund but company being very unhelpful. Now I have just read these reviews and wish I had never been con-ed into ordering via facebook.

I ordered two pairs of shoes last summer. Money was taken but the shoes never arrived. Beware this company which advertises on Facebook.

Don't order absolute rubbish.
Ordered shoes strap stuck to shoe and when loosened ripped so called leather cheapest looking things ive ever bought

My guess is that this is the sham company as Hohoqueen and others that give Facebook advertising a bad name. There should be a way to get them shut down

If I could put a 0 I would. This company is a scam. I ordered and waited and tried to contact the company, all with no joy at all. Now I have no product and have not seen any reply or my money back.

Terrible website. Ordered two blouses in March 2020. Took the money out of my account days later. Still waiting for the goods. Scammiest scam going

Item arrived about 3 weeks after ordering. Ok quality but sleeves far too long, about 3-4 inches past my finger tips. I emailed the company about returning and a refund. They replied offering a $3 refund. I live in the UK so this would be about £2.90ish. I replied saying this wouldn't cover me paying someone to alter the sleeves. I asked for a bigger refund or my money back. They replied again stating that $3 was all I was getting!! Dreadful customer service and unacceptable offer. Never, ever buy from Hersgarden.

I made an order, total £39.58 with free shipping. Email order confirmation confirms this. So WHY HAVE THEY TAKEM £47.50 FROM ME?

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a pair of shoes in August 2020! They have never arrived, despite numerous emails. I have received email response advising that I should be patient, that the shipping company had addressed the label incorrectly, that they were shipping another pair - still not received. It is now January 2021 and will be pursuing a refund - but not confident that it will happen. DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!
