I have been on Wegovy for 4 weeks now, losing 3.9kg, and have found it great. The injections are easy to administer. The support has been amazing and the app is great - with many video clips to educated you about the program and answer any questions. You never feel alone on this program - there is always help just a tap away. Thank you Hers.

I have had a very positive journey with Hers so far. I was able to schedule my initial consult at a time that suited my busy family life and I felt that I was given enough information and say in my treatment. I have lost 12kg in 16 weeks using Mounjaro - my overall goal was 17kgs!
The support from the Hers team has been exceptional. They are quick to respond to concerns regarding side effects and they take everything very seriously. The app is great and the AI model is very intuitive and helpful.
I certainly feel very supported and safe using Hers. I would certainly recommend Hers.

The ongoing support and guidance over the past 14 months have far surpassed my expectations. And now I am in the maintenance phase, the contact, updates and reminders help me to stay on track. Im enjoying clothes again, and have found my confidence has returned, energy has returned and love for shopping has returned! (Much to my hubby’s dismay!!) Cant recommend Hers enough. If you are looking for a real transformation, with assistance at every turn, this is the step you need to take!

Hers is a next level, amazing experience. The new app is absolutely fantastic to use and it’s so interactive and easy to navigate. And the customer service is so great, it’s the most refreshing experience. I contacted Hers as I was a previous Juniper customer and after a break wanted to resume treatment. The nurse practitioner (Adam) I spoke to was so kind and helpful. I’m happy with this new Hers experience. And I love the name.

Starting a wellness journey can be intimidating, but Hers has made it completely stress free. The medical team and health coaches are exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and always ready to answer questions. The treatment program itself is intuitive, and I started noticing positive physical results and improved energy levels much quicker than I expected. The app and tools keep me fully accountable, and I finally feel supported in reaching my long term goals.

I'm losing weight for the first time in 10years.. prior to this I tried literally everything! I don't use the nutrition tracker as I plan meals ahead of time & work out macros myself (works for me). I do find the app a bit clunky for tracking too... I've been on the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet before, their tracker is much more user friendly. Overall I'm happy with the support & my progress.

Easy. No hassle service

Whilst the American accented nurse practitioner was friendly enough. It certainly wasn't a consult. It was an immediate sales pitch as to what they were going to prescribe. There was no detailed discussion on my previous medical interventions to address perimenapause. There was no discussion about the treatment options available and what would suit my schedule/lifestyle.
In fact, the ‘consult’ was them selling me the product they already had pre-planned for prescription. I barely got a word in for the 30minute $99 consult.

I was hoping for a much more holistic approach from a perimenopausal specialist (more than what I've been able to navigate from 3 different regional GPs).

I don't have any idea of the medical plan beyond a six week check in (or future costs).

Great communication and information with easy step by step videos at any stage. There is 24/7 support for what whatever question or worry I have. Also an easy to use way of tracking everything.

Overall, the product and service remains good and easy to use.

But it’s quite strange you’re changing the name to Hers and I am a man.

The staff are so friendly, any time I have a query or question they are able to answer my questions and provide support. Going on a weight loss journey can be a bit of an embarrassing thing, that other doctors usually don’t have the empathy to deal with, but I’ve never felt embarrassed once on my Juniper journey. The app is super handy as well, and runs super well!

I’ve been frustrated by menopausal weight I can’t lose, but My Juniper has been supportive and behind me all the way; providing me all the encouragement and holistic advice I’ve been missing. It really is about health and wellbeing beyond weight loss.
