Hercules Gazebo® UK Anmeldelser

Was kepted updated as I had events and they were waiting on new stock been delivered
And everything came just in time
So would definitely recommend them and the quality of the hex 40 gazebo

Product on back order but good Comms throughout. A reasonable product at a good price. Nice people to deal with

Was sent a part that did not fit and the zip broke immediately. very poor quality and the wrong part for my gazebo - total waste of money and time

This company is excellent. They carry spares for the products that they sell, even for our five year old gazebo. Their products are excellent. They gave personal email responses very quickly on a Sunday and shipped the goods by return.

Hercules gazebos custom made a valance for my gazebo. It looks fantastic and had so many people compliment me on it.

Excellent service. Double checked I had ordered the right size. Made sure my artwork worked

Fantastic service

Prompt delivery. Good contact from customer services. Excellent product.

Hercules Gazebo are the best.quality of the Gazebo are well worth the extra bit of money.I would highly recommend this product. The service was from the company very good.

Seriously unimpressed with this company.

I was recommended it by another artist and sure enough the sturdiness of the structure is very good and the price is very reasonable. However, there are some unacceptable glaring quality issues with my 3x3 gazebo which I emailed the company about and never once had the basic courtesy of a reply. Not once!!

There are small holes in the roof fabric which I have had to patch myself. Holes are clearly unacceptable where rain and art are concerned.

Apart from the fact the roof portion is incredibly fiddly to get on, the guy rope hoops sewn into the fabric are woefully weak with basic stitching, so much so one of them simply fell off when I was running a guy rope to it.

Fabric pole attachments fell off too, and some only had a couple of threads holding them to the wall of the gazebo.

Additionally many of the Velcro attachments are sewn on the wrong way round so instead of a pair of "sticky" Velcro portions attaching as expected, I found I had the reverse side meeting each other which means of course they are useless, as only the Velcro side will secure itself.

This was bought 6 months ahead of the important art event so I had it in situ and never got round to assembling it until a week before the event itself whereupon I discovered all these irritating issues. Nonetheless the single most irksome and infuriating fact in all this remains that Hercules NEVER replied to my emails and this struck me as awful customer care.

I cannot recommend this company as a result. I am writing this review one week ahead of another art event and am going to have to remove all the faults myself and try and rectify them so everything works AS EXPECTED.

The quality of the fabric stitching is abysmal on a shocking scale I have never previously seen on a gazebo. This one from Hercules is a replacement for another one I bought (which the wind destroyed) and that one was not only cheaper but far better manufactured purchased July 2024.

Good points - frame is solid and very sturdy.
Bad points - terrible gazebo fabric quality

I am still very chuffed off that I never got a reply as this was a significant event and caused me a good deal of stress and I feel Hercules simply stuck two fingers up and couldn't care less, whilst happy to take your money.

I will NEVER buy from them again and have unrecommended them to other artists looking for strong gazebos.

Second time buying from these guys. Nothing is too much trouble. Superfast delivery to NI.

Absolutely Amazing quality....withstamd strong wind, very easy to set up and pack down. A little heavy but expect it to be because of the well made steel structure.
fast delivery aswell.
A+++++

My question to the company was through their FB page, quick response was impressive.
Query was dealt with efficiently and when my order was received - the process was painless and delivery was 2 days later.
Not only great products, really great service.

Quality roof in a choice of colours.
Easy to assemble.
Reasonable price for a good product.
Swift delivery.
Top marks all round.

The fast delivery & the Gazebo is fab.

Is good that you have spares for your product. We were able to purchase 2 replacement legs.

Really happy with how Will delt with my enquiry+subsequent questions.
Friendly, helpful+professional 😊 Great company that values Thier customers 😊 replacement cover posted promptly 😊

Excellent quality gazebo, chose the titan option which is very sturdy. Also ordered the add on wrap which finishes off this 3x3 gazebo perfectly. The customer service was exceptional, Wil kept in touch with updates on the wrap etc
Very happy indeed and would recommend to anyone

Great sturdy Gazebo. Only issue for us was that over the years the roof material faded badly from the sun and split in several places. However, easy to get a replacement cover - we've now gone for white so hopefully won't discolour over time.
