I did not receive my order and no one replies to my messages. I would like my money back.

Scam. Ordered 13 May 2025. Order never received, no feedback after multiple platform queries.
If I could give a minus rating I would have. Ordered 28 May 2025. Today (9/7/25) still no order no feedback no response on any platform (mails, facebook, whatsapp, calls)
Worst experience ever I'm reporting this company everywhere they take your money and leave you hanging with nothing to show

I sincerely hope this is not a scam , as I paid over R1300
Update : received an answer via IG , that my order has been shipped only because i left comments on every one of their posts ... order received 3weeks later
A Frustrating Experience
I'm extremely disappointed with Herbify's customer service, which has been completely unresponsive. After ordering on May 24, 2025, I tried reaching out via email, WhatsApp, and even TikTok, but my messages were ignored. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when you're trying to resolve issues or get updates on your order.
*Key Issues:*
- *No Response*: Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't get any response from Herbify's customer service team.
- *Unreliable Communication Channels*: WhatsApp messages and TikTok messages were not answered.
- *Poor Customer Support*: Emails were also ignored, leaving me with no way to resolve my issues.
Given this experience, I would advise others to think twice before ordering from Herbify. The company's inability to communicate effectively with its customers is a significant red flag.
Her high might be a scam. Bought products,and never received my purchase. The WhatsApp number kn their website doesn’t work and no responses on any ov their platforms
The wrong product was sent to me after some time I needed to explain and prove that the product was wrong after I immediately requested the right one. I was told it would be sent if I am sure that I can't use the product I received. Almost three weeks later and still no product or pickup and now my messages are ignored and my calls are deleted.
I still don't have my order although whatsapp shows business was online without responding.
