This is my second time ordering from here. Ordered a 3.5g of MAC and a Purple Grape vape pen on 12th Feb and paid for 1st Class delivery (next working day). However, I didn't receive my order until the 18th. Every other place I order first class it comes next day without fail, and upon getting a tracking number seems it was actually sent via standard. I had the same issue with my first order, too.

I received a Tange vape instead of Purple grape. The MAC did smell nice, not very strong but I think this was because there was a small hole in the packaging so it was not completely air-tight for the 7 days of transit. Also, the weight was below 3.5g but this could have again been due to the bud drying out a bit in the packaging. A nice smoke though, the effects were nice. The vape was not mine so I cannot comment on that.

Due to this, I give the overall service 3 stars. It would have been 5 if there was an option to select "standard" delivery instead of "1st Class", because it's not sent first class. Also if more care was taken by ensuring the packaging was completely air tight and the weights are correct.

Wow these guys just get better and better. Ordered Tues night it's reached me on Thursday afternoon and I'm in the wild West Highlands and of course lovely product as always. Keep up the good work guys 6 stars out of five from me✌️

Can't speak on the other reviews but i placed a order on sunday, shipped on wednesday & got my order on thursday.
Gave me the wrong stuff, ordered mac as i've been trying to get that for a while but received blue...so that kinda defeated the whole point of ordering which is annoying af tbh.
Atleast the weights were correct, nugs were colourful & solid as cali types usually are & the smell for each is proper fruity so quality wise they're good.
So my verdict is they are legit & have good stuff but whether you'll get exactly what you ordered & on time is another story entirely so idk buyer beware i guess

Had my first order recently with these guys and came on time. cookie pen 10/10 no harshness very clean. Just placed another order.

Ask yourself if you can afford to lose your cash!!
Done two orders, got the first quite quickly but the second order I made on Jan 1st hasn't arrived. I've emailed twice, Txt messaged them and called.... No answer to any correspondence

Five stars all the way 5 stars on quick service & fast shipping! Customer service answers queries an the product is magnificent 5 stars all the way! I would recommend to anyone, really appreciate these guys! They won’t disappoint give them a go! Very satisfied using them !

First order with this company and I’m just really disappointed, ordered on the 4th and a shipping update email on the 5th came through, estimating delivery by the 7th it’s currently the 12th and I haven’t yet received my order, no response to my emails asking for tracking or a resolution. Over £70 down the drain.

Edit - replied to my emails with a tracking number on the 13th, package says it hasn’t moved since the 7th though, will edit further if it arrives.

Customer service is not great, have been called names that I can’t post on here and have been told to take my review down, doubt I will get a resolution to my missing order.

OK folks, I got my order yesterday which is 07/01/23 and it originally shipped on the 19th. Its actually post marked on the 19th.
I think we are just not aware of how bad the backlog is for parcels and we need to give THR a bit of a break here as it's not their fault.
I've been using their site for almost a year now and I've never had anything but a great service from them.
If you've not received your order please just be a little patient as it's not THR'S fault it's the postal strike backlog. Use the dates I've given there as a guide to how long you'll wait.

Well, my initial review was hopeful, but almost six weeks down the line and nothing.

Seems they've gone selective scam or possibly exit scam. Maybe a bit of both.

Meanwhile, they're using their status on Trustpilot to remove any negative reviews. Dodgy game, especially considering their account could easily disappear if TP was alerted to what they're actually doing, and with it the shreds of reputation they're clinging on to by doing their utmost to silence all the customers whose orders they've failed to fulfil.

No more excuses about the strikes. It was always lame, as special deliveries have been happening regardless. With maximum delays of one day.

So there you go. Perhaps you'll receive your order. Perhaps you'll receive ten orders. But God help you if anything goes wrong.

EDIT: They questioned this review and I was notified it would be taken down if I didn't provide more information. Gave my name, number and order details. This would be the sixth chance they've had to put things right. Nothing.

Honestly, don't bother. They really think they're doing you a favour by fulfilling your order, which is just poor business acumen and an insult to paying customers. Do yourselves a favour and look at a reliable reviewer's history if you want alternative sources who ACTUALLY CARE and will turn your order around promptly and resolve any problems you may have. And you'll pay less for far superior quality.

I have had three orders which caused confusion with new employee (yes customer services bravely and honestly admitted a potential error). Their solution speak language loud. I’ll sort it out, add some freebies (unrequested) and make it a priority. No hassle, no blaming. Just the facts and making this customer valued. This is the first time in over a year anything has happened. Normally I pay 24/48 hours I receive quality material. This is a company that has integrity. Don’t try it on as trust is a two way street. But if it goes Sourh and we have had a number of Royal Mail strikes. This company will seek to rectify. Reliable, honest and trustworthy. Worth their wait. Use and be pleasantly surprised. Customer service slow but I feel it is because of staff (you need to trust and care) and busy sorting out your Order. My only choice.

My experience with this website was fair to begin with had an issue with my post being rejected at post office most likely due to bad packaging but was rectified later on with better delivery, also it's your loss, but my recent order was just outrageous, while I was buying a bag there website was slow and even had to reload, my order went through but the next day no confirmation email and hadn't been showing on my recent orders but when I looked at my statement it was there so I recommend always to screenshot your orders because if you don't you'll automatically have no evidence to back yourself up with because statements don't count, my order was apparently not even on there system or account, there contact number has no real customer service even admitted to it they treat you like a scammer can't understand your claims and don't give the right information in such situation to the admin, which also passively treat you the same but without the vulgar, response it's your responsibility.

10/10 service always come through with top quality products.

Order #V0S96 - Ordering process was simple and reasonably priced. Was nervous initially as it was my first order and I didn’t get a reply from customer service email after it had been almost a week. However, it was well worth the wait! Packaged really well, smells and tastes amazing! Would genuinely recommend.

first order, so i’ve ordered vape liquid and haven’t been provided any information on delivery etc, had a email to confirm order and order number, i paid for next day delivery and didn’t show up yesterday but giving benefit of doubt as it’s only been one day, i’ve sent numerous emails asking for any information to whether my parcel has been dispatched and haven’t got any response, would like to know if i could get any information on any other ways to contact the company
