Update 5/6: still no order received or response to emails, calls etc. A shame because previously a great service.

In the past I never had problems. I'm currently waiting on an order though it was meant to arrive yesterday (Thurs 18th April).
I've emailed for tracking details. I also tried the phone number, which doesn't even ring, and they're not on WhatsApp anymore, as stated on the site. I've dealt with them that way in the past.
I will update this should it arrive.

Been ordering for a few months without issue, however my order from 21st March is still yet to arrive. I emailed on the 29th of March and received a response stating that there is a delay for maintenance and that order would be shipped the following week, but since then I have received no reply to my emails nor have I received my package. Really disappointed and have been unable to contact on WhatsApp as none of the numbers on their website seem to be have a WhatsApp account.
I have since placed another order which arrived without issue. I knew it was a risk due to the lack of response to my earlier issue, however I am happy to report that the most recent order arrived in good time, and included a free gift. Thanks guys, fingers crossed the previous instance was a one off

Order placed on the 19th of march has never arrived payed 170 which included next day delivery and tip . it's a shame as there products are good quality.but I can't afford to spend this kind of money and get nothing to show for it .so won't be placing any more orders the order number is #FHHZX emailed asking for tracking number as it has ment to have been shipped you repplyed 2 days later saying all orders delayed slightly due to maintenance and to be patient

They respond and say the emails don’t work and to use whatsapp - the number on website if fake and doesn’t work!!! THIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY AND ITS GONE DRASTICALLY DOWN HILL. Real shame!!! Order has now arrived - managed to speak to someone, same day as posting the review and was told there had been issues and all orders were being caught up and sent out. Was promised a but extra to compensate…….got a pack of skins. Better than nothing g I guess, but not what was suggested. Hopefully back to business as usual. Order hasn’t arrived and no response to emails. I’ve waited a week before putting anything up on here, but seems this maybe only way of getting them to respond.
Used these guys for a while and always 100% on delivery and products (except one variety, which was awful) aside that this WAS a great place to buy what you need. Had good choice of products too - shame they can’t respond to emails anymore.

An order from 2 weeks ago never arrived, I tried again & again nothing came. I didn't even got a "order shipped" confirmation email for either order. I've been using this sites for years & never had a problem, but it's clearly time to give up on them.

The order is now 2weeks late. No one would respond for the first week.

When I emailed saying I'd ask the bank to reclaim the money I was called a prik and told to fack off.

Used to be good. Shame.

Placed 2 ordered. The first arrived after 3 weeks and multiple emails. ‘Cali’ weed looked mouldy.
2nd order hasn’t arrived after a month. Keep being asked for proof of payment which has been sent multiple times. I’m now being ignored

Big fan and long term client. I suffer from anxiety and depression and what they have done is really commendable. I am giving two stars just to attract HTR's attention as my order from 10 days ago is still not here. No reply to multiple emails. Phone numbers not working. Has never happened before. Hope everything is alright.
****Update1: No reply yet. No parcel either. Additionally, another order is late by 10 days.. Don't know whether it will arrive. Htr should update their email and phone no. as there is no response on either. HTR, could you please respond? My neighbor might be stealing the packages and i won't know whether that is the case unless I have a tracking ID.

Order arrived! There was no freebie for the wait as mentioned but I'm not too bothered about that. Back to 100% delivery rate.

They're not delivering now, avoid them for the moment.

I'll update this if the situation changes but for now, they're just taking money and not delivering.

They've been very reliable to this point but they might have cut and run. Ordered in early November, no response to emails, and no product has shown up.

Placed an order yesterday morning and it was dispatched and delivered less than 24 hours later.very happy with product I purchased too..very nice and what a great service.legends.i have used this company quite a bit in the past and they have always been spot on with their products and service.i had contacted them a couple of times after a slight delay in delivery but that was a rarity and I have to say on those occasions I genuinely received nothing but a quick,polite and helpful response.in my opinion this is a company you trust and receive an amazing service.

I haven't been leaving reviews for my orders lately because (like I said last time) I'm running out of ways to say I adore HTR. I've never once had a bad experience with them (my orders have always come on time, special delivery, and they've always been good for quality) and I have nothing but love and appreciation for this site. I've ordered different strains and different amounts from HTR over these past few months and they've always been good as gold with me (+ much love to them for that<3).

So no complaints—again!

Made an order on the 6 October 2023 reference number #H50H0 and it's been over 2 weeks and still have not received my order left numerous emails with no response and phoned multiple times just to be told to leave a email then when explaining I had already done so having the phone put down on me mod call I would avoid this company like the plague they just take your money and leave you hanging without any idea of customer service if I happen to receive my order I will change my review but I ain't holding out on my order being fulfilled

Alright so I made a second order a couple of weeks ago.
Got scammed.

Delivery speed and stealth were good, but instead of the advertised Cali top shelf, they sent me bud rot.
Old, dry dead bud, brown leaves. Unsmokable.

Smoking bud rot is dangerous if you have a compromised immune system, and it can even be fatal in some cases.

I’ve tried emailing with polite messages, leaving enough time for them to respond without being bombarded, but no replies.
And let’s be honest, if this was some kind of mix-up, they’d have gotten back to me by now.

I’m fortunate enough to have multiple sources for my weed, but I know some people on here might not have other options.

If you use this site you’re playing with fire.
Reading through the reviews, quite a few people have had bad experiences or have been outright scammed, and at the end of the day, if this place is willing to send someone bud rot, you never know what you might be getting and smoking.

It’s even worse because they sell “hash” and “distillate.” With those, you won’t be able to tell if there’s something dangerous going on. With bad bud you can see it clearly, but not with concentrates. They could be cutting their stuff with anything.

Honestly it’s not worth the risk. Stick with your street dealer, or if you’re using bitcoin, there are far better sites that have been around since forever. LB for example has been around for 10+ years.

Also bare in mind. With this place, you’re sending through your bank to a fake business account.

It’s easily traceable to you, and fraud departments at banks in the U.K. can not only be a right headache to deal with, but they’ll freeze your entire account whilst they conduct an investigation.

All it takes is for this fake business account to be flagged (which happens,) and you’ll be called by your bank’s fraud department, where essentially, they’ll interrogate you about the purchases.
If they don’t like what they hear - bank account frozen.

If you’re truly desperate and decide to take the risk, please stick with the “flower” so you can more easily identify anything dodgy.

If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend just trying it out before committing to a more substantial order. This is real deal.

I made a test order yesterday, selected the cheapest delivery (tracked and signed,) and woke up this morning to a pleasant surprise waiting for me in the post.

Sort of made my morning tbh. I haven’t tied it just yet, but the product looks and smells gorgeous.

Very satisfied first time customer and looking forward to making a larger order in the near future!

Took the money and never sent - their reply was swear!

Ordered, but never arrived. Nobody answers the phone. No refund. Nothing. Gutted

Received a "How did we do?"email (LOL) - then got called a "cheeky tw*t" when I told them they never delivered my order. I replied, and then they went silent again.

Used these guys twice now bought some iso on my first order was dubious but came through. second order I got a Vape great service again with super fast delivery. Can't fault them

Hey, everyone just writing this review to confirm Herbalist Tea Room, have done a brilliant job getting my bud delivered.

Was anxious about the delivery day but all is well.

The first order is great 👍 from then though just terrible service, you pay for delivery services that aren’t posted on time, or aren’t posted at all until a week after the order was placed, even then only after you, the customer, have spent that week chasing up why the product that was paid to be delivered with 24/48 hours still isn’t here at the 48th hour. When you pay for a service you should get it, this company can’t provide the service they sell. Then when you chase them up, you’re the problem, obviously, not the person selling a service that is failing to do the very basics, such as posting a product that has been ordered and paid to be delivered within a specific time. If anyone wants to drop a recommendation for else where I’m all ears.
