Scam scam scam -
I tried reporting this company to
Facebook and every time Facebook did nothing about it - shame on you Facebook for allowing this fraud to continue. We have laws in place to protect us from false misleading advertising. This company got me for $60
For a $1 sweater made in China that looks nothing like the product advertised.
Seems like they have scammed quite a few people - I will report it to FBI cyber crimes and every agency that aims to prevent companies from stealing.

The quality of the clothing is very low grade. When emailed for a refund, process is so slow and convoluted that it's not worth it. Don't waste your time or money. Ugh...

The item did not match the original listing. It was advertised as red but the item was orange and they called it a sweater but it was painted fabric. Then the Seller would not issue a refund.

Saw some adorable jumpsuits on facebook and after watching for awhile decided to check out the site. It looks like a legit URL, prices were discounted but not alarmingly so, the refund policy stated 100% satisfaction guarantee or refund, ships from US, did a quick google search and looked fine (note, there is a Henry & Rose scent company that I think this group might be skating under). I ordered 2 jumpsuits listed as having waist cinches and pockets.
What I received was a lovely package with complete garbage. The fabric was too sheer to wear in public, no pockets, no waist cinches, and the large was comically small. I purchased in September and I'm still going back and forth with them trying to get a refund. First they offered 30% and I keep the product, which I declined. Next they offered they would take the product back for $14 per item shipping. It's excessive, but I agreed and asked for the labels. Suddenly they wanted to give me 40% and I 'get' to keep the product. This has been going in circles, with them sometimes going back down to the starting refund of 30%. The last offer I received, which they said was the final offer they could give me according to management, was 60% and I keep the product. I'm so frustrated that I got scammed.

Do not purchase from this company. The items they list are not the merchandise listed. Poor quality and wierd sizing. The customer service is very poor and very slow. I requested instructions to return the item for a full refund- which is an option clearly written in their refund policy- and instead it was suggested to keep the item and receive a 30% refund. I declined and requested instructions again and they didn't respond. Two weeks later I followed up and was told the exact same thing.
Don't waste your time or money. It's a scam.

Wish you had a -star…I ordered this cute jumpsuit…advertised as light and breathable fabric; wide and relaxed fit; fast, free shipping. All of the above, Not True! The fabric was a polyester blended with a small amount of spandex; it was not a wide and relaxed fit. Very disappointing.
And it took about four weeks to arrive. Do not recommend Henry&Rose New York….

I ordered two items and when I received them a month later they did not fit and the quality was very poor. No tags on any of the items. On the website it states that they have a money back guarantee.
I tried to communicate with them and in various emails they gave the following options:
1. We kindly ask only for a small contribution of $10 for the shipping costs.
2.You may choose to:
Return the items, with the return shipping cost of about $14 per product deducted, or
Accept a partial refund option if that is more convenient for you.
3. We’re sorry to hear the item did not fully meet your expectations. We’d like to offer you a solution to save you return costs and time.
If you decide to keep the product, we’ll give you an immediate 30% chargeback on your total order value.
When I asked what the partial refund would be, they never responded. Nor did they give me a chargeback. In one email they also warned me that they products would have to be returned to China and that I would be responsible for any additional customs charges.
IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS UNETHICAL AND FRAUDULENT BUSINESS

SCAM! Do NOT give them your money! Ordered from them, never received a confirmation email with an order number so there's no way to track. I have no product and no info to go on other than the charge to my credit card.

Zero stars would be the best rating. An absolute con. The product I purchased, Solea lightweight artisnal overall, is the fabric, feel and shape of a windsock. A CHEAP windsock. No way to return, no customer service. They got my $52 -- I hope they don't get yours.

All you have to do is compare HenryRoseNewYork.com with GraceandJax.com and they have the same exact story with virtually the same cheap products that will probably fall apart in less than a year. Neither site states what fabrics they use; the things I ordered were the cheapest polyester with inferior sewing and I didn't receive three items and have yet to receive a refund for them nor my entire purchase. Their so-called discounts are more than one should pay full price for these inferior products and good luck trying to return things! They both have going out of business sob stories on Facebook and state that they've been in business for 21 years (more like 2 months). Scammers through and through!

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE!!!! This is one of many facebook advertised websites that do NOT have an office in New York, that collects money and ships crap (if you even get it) from China. It comes without tags and can't return unless you pay shipping TO CHINA with the tags on. IT CAME WITHOUT TAGS. They ship crappy merchandise that does NOT look like the pictures.
