I’ve been a long time customer of Henry Rose. I accidentally ordered a duplicate fragrance and tried contacting via hello @ henryrose and received no response. I did some digging in my profile and saw one return I did from a scent I tried but didn’t like so followed the return procedure indicting the order number on my box. No response, follow up emails sent with the email chain and usps shipping delivery confirmation saying they received the return perfume. No response. Now I’m out of the perfume and $120. Escalating with my bank (outside of the billing statement) and hoping they do something. Super dishonest and horrible customer service practices. To those looking for a delicious fragrance, I’ve switched to YSL Black Opium. Not marketed as clean but I’ll take it over a brand like this with dirty practices. Shame.

I ordered 3 sampler sets of Henry Rose which included codes for full sized bottles. I tried to redeem my bottles in a single order but ran into a problem. I’ve been contacting Henry Rose customer service email but absolutely NO reply. What gives Henry Rose? Michelle how can you let your customers down.

WOW! If I knew or had read any of this, I would have kept the dang perfume instead of returning it and losing $125

I ordered two items recently and received only 1 in the package sent to my home. I sent 10 emails and photos and no response, I went and made an account with "X" and Instagram in hopes of catching Michelle Pfeiffer's attention as this is her company and I have been an excellent customer of this fragrance company as I truly love it. I finally received a reply yesterday from a person named "Marcela" with Henry Rose by email stating they apologize and will be refunding the amount of the order and forwarding it for free with an additional gift. I will be thrilled if this is true because that is the right thing to do, If in fact they do this I will edit this experience with additional stars but they sure did put me through an awful lot of stress to get a reply from them. Also never trust a company with no PHONE NUMBER to contact. If you can not talk to a HUMAN BEING about a problem then you are surely going to experience this kind of stress, HENRY ROSE I HOPE YOU DO THE RIGHT THING FOR ME, Regards Laurie C.

Horrible customer service. I emailed 4 times with a shipping issue since they have no public phone number. No response. I then emailed once about something else and Pratik responded immediately, but when I explained that the issue was actually regarding the shipping problem he never responded again. There is a reason that BBB rates them F+. What a disappointment.

I should have read the reviews before ordering.
NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PRODUCT THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED.

I have sent three emails to an email address on their site regarding returning a product that I cannot wear due to the smell. I have had no response. I can find no phone number to talk directly to someone....just the email. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I have never had a company take my money and then just never deliver the product. I ordered in early December and it never arrived. They marked it as delivered though. Numerous attempts to contact them… no answer. How is this legal? My bank is in the process of getting a refund but it just blows my mind because I’ve never been scammed like this. If you’re dead set on buying from them maybe get it in person otherwise you might end up receiving literally nothing Lol.

Looks like I’m having the same problem. I’ve written four emails and have never had a response because I ordered a candle with and didn’t receive it. Henry Rose stole $45 from me. Nobody will return my email. It’s a shame because I really liked the product and would have been a lifelong customer no more and I will no longer recommend them.

Customer service doesn't seem to exist, and shipping is messed up.

The customer service department is completely non-existent. After sending numerous emails to their email address, I finally received a response detailing their return process for the perfume I purchased. However, the return address provided by Zillow appears to be a personal residence. Consequently, I haven’t heard any updates on the status of my refund, which means I’ve likely lost both the money and the perfume.

Horrible customer service. I have emailed them 3 times over this month asking about my order. They have not responded once. It is frustrating that this company cannot even return an email to paying customers.

I bought HR perfume online. The return policy for the company states that you contact them; ( must be returned within 30 days) they will initiate return. Unfortunately despite multiple emails there hasn’t been any response; not even to acknowledge the email I sent. I would never recommend a company with such terrible customer service support. Regardless of the perfume being good or free of chemicals their customer service is toxic. Unless you can purchase in a brick and mortar store I would steer clear - although I think their policy reflects badly on them and personally that would make me steer clear of supporting them on any level. Seems scammy.

Planning to report to the Better Business Bureau. Horrible customer service!!

1/22/25. I am happy to report that I have since heard from customer service and they remedied the problem immediately.

I received a sample set from someone for Christmas. I really loved Flora Carnivora, so ordered a full-sized bottle. I realized within an hour after placing my order that the shipping address was wrong, and immediately emailed them to correct the mistake. I got no response after the first email, nor the second. I messaged their Facebook page to see if maybe their social media person could give a response. So far there has been complete radio silence, and my order has been sent to the wrong address.

I placed an order end of November and a couple weeks later I still had not received any shipping confirmation. I emailed the company twice with no response. The package suddenly showed up a couple days before Christmas. I was surprised to receive it as I had not received any response or shipping confirmation from Henry Rose. When I opened the package I had received the wrong item. I emailed Henry rose again but do not expect a response as they had not responded to my previous emails.

I've emailed them several times and have not had any response! There is no customer service phone number to contact them either ! They sent a duplicate order and charges. Very disappointing. Be aware.

Wow. I'm going to echo what everyone else is saying here - order never arrived and despite multiple attempts to reach their customer service, I never received a response. Just awful.

I ordered a trio set for a gift. It came with a free gift. They sent the free gift and not the trio set. I contacted them 3x through email. I only received auto response that they received the email. I had to go out and purchase another Christmas gift.

I’ve been using their perfume for several years. Have placed about 6 orders with them and never needed any assistance. This year I ordered a set and was sent the wrong items. Contacted them for over two weeks and they never replied. I really like their products but unfortunately I can’t risk ordering from them again. It seems like I will be stuck with fragrances I will not use. I’m confused on why a company would run a business this way.
