I ordered 2 watches on friday, they arrived tuesday. They are more beautiful than on pictures and I would have ordered them before if I knew. Also their customer support was very swift and pleasant with the responses.

Shipment was so fast. Order in the afternoon and the following morning it already arrived form Denmark to Portugal.

I bought a Havstrom Ice Wake from Henry Archer at the end of January, I found the brand by chance and am so glad I did, the service you get from these guys is second to none, it’s even better than the big Swiss brands I have dealt with over the years, both Henrik & Jacob are fantastic to deal with, the replies to questions are extremely fast, and the despatch time was almost as soon as the order was placed! I received the watch just 2 days later to the UK, so with all this is mind I have just placed another order for a Havstrom Halo White.
Well done guys keep it up, I will be buying more watches from you for sure very soon.

First time buyer from Henry Archer and I was a little hesitant as I had never seen their watches in person and never experienced their customer service.

I purchased the Verden GMT in Halo White.

First, they make really high quality watches at a very good price. The build quality, attention to detail and aesthetics of the watch are outstanding and match or exceed those of watches 2-3 times more expensive.

But what really sets HA apart is their customer service! I had an minor issue with my watch and the HA service team (Jacob in particular) went all out to ensure my issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction, even offering alternative solutions to how we could address the issue.

You don’t get this level of service from many microbrands and certainly not from some of the luxury brands.

If you want a beautiful high quality watch at a fair price, and a company that stands behind its product to ensure you are 100% satisfied, then add Henry Archer to your list! I am so happy I did!

The watch is a stunning slim timepiece that sits beautifully on the wrist with an easy to adjust bracelet that finishes it so well.

I recently bought the Red dial Meteorite Chronograph. Its a beautiful watch, feels extremely premium and clean. I got few compliments and ended up ordering another one.😂

Never ever before have I purchased something that fast. The moment I saw the Vesterhav Ultraviolet I just had to buy it immediately, and it’s amazing. For sure, it won’t be the last time I’m buying a watch from Henry Archer. I can’t wait for more releases, maybe even with different shapes. And now I’m already eyeing the Frost Petal… but I really need to calm down with my purchases.

Wow what an amazing, beautiful, absolutely stunning watch. Ordered on a Saturday evening, and my watch was here to NM in 5 days. So really 4 business days from Denmark. No issues whatsoever right through customs. This is my first HA masterpiece, and will not be my last. If you are hesitant for whatever reason, order one, and you will be blown away!!

Received my first of what I’m sure will be many Henry Archer watches. My NORDSØ TERRA – Osiris Mirage arrived just days after ordering, and the quality was immediately apparent. The watch looks fantastic on the wrist, with excellent finishing and a design that feels both rugged and refined. It quickly replaced my Breitling Superocean as my everyday watch, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Thank you Henry Archer!

It’s simply impossible to do it any better. I bought a Vesterhav – Aquila, which I’ve just received, and all I can say is bravo. Delivered to Spain in less than 48 hours. The packaging is incredible — honestly, even better than what you’d expect from a €4,000 watch. The case and overall presentation are top-tier.

The watch isn’t just beautiful, it’s stunning. The vibrant blue dial in person is absolutely breathtaking, and the quality speaks for itself. I can’t yet say how it will perform over time, but so far the experience has been one of the best I’ve ever had. That’s all I can say.

I already owned a NORDSØ, which is a favourite, and have been following the brand since I bought it. The ARKONA turned up, and I just bought one instantly, I previously talked about the minimalist, nordic design language and, though the ARKONA is very much more flamboyant, it also displays restraint. You can't go wrong with these watches!

I purchased an Ohav Meteorite last year. It's a beautiful watch. After wearing it for a day, I noticed the bracelet had 2 small finishing defects. I emailed Henry Archer for a solution and was surprised to receive a personal call from Henrik! He offered me 2 great solutions. Henrik made things right and I was able to keep my watch. Recently, I wanted a leather strap for winter use but the configuration I wanted was not available online. I inquired about it via email and was sent a custom link to order exactly what I wanted. The strap was even nicer than expected and matches the watch perfectly. The customer service is unbeatable! I could not ask for anything more from a watch company or any company. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to double back because of how impressive the quality of this is, And how impressive the customer service is. Bought a Nordso Terra and I’m blown away with the quality of the watch.. from the boxing and packaging to the unique and subtle features, the Rice Band is amazing, the finishes are clean, the MOP Dial is so beautiful. Everyone thinks it’s a $5k watch when they see it. The customer service was awesome, quick and honest. The watch shipped within 30min of my order and I had it to my door in 2 days (Denmark to Chicago). Love the price, love the quality. My first HA Watch, but not my last. Thanks again Henrik, this watch is the definition of quality.

I've been in communication with Henrik for more than 6 months via email and LinkedIn now, and finally decided to buy the Verden in Halo White for a personal commemorative occasion. Henrik was also quick in responding to all my emails and cumbersome queries, as I had never once purchased from a microbrand before. But I must say, the customer service was stellar, quite what you won't expect from a microbrand or any brand, in my opinion. His small team is highly efficient and dropped in emails when Henrik was himself busy flying all over Europe! Brilliant purchase, excellent customer service, and the Verden is by far the best watch I've purchased (both for quality and level of artistic finishing), next to my Omega De Ville.

I bought my first HA watch 1 year ago. Amazing quality, I love my Akva Ocean Cyan, great customer service team. Movement work well, only 2-3 second change per day.
