Oslo dining table and bench set
May i just thank you so much for the fantastic service I have received from Hemming and Willis. Today i received my order of the Oslo 200cm dining table and bench set. Exceptional quality product, exactly what I was looking for to add to our open plan kitchen diner. The delivery guys were also on time and communication was superb throughout and placed with care.

Had been considering buying a table from this company for a few months and over Christmas decided to place an order and we are so pleased we did .
We were kept fully informed and were given delivery date for end of January and that is exactly when our table arrived the boys who delivered table were friendly and efficient

Love my new table
Love my new table - the product gets 5 stars but lost a star because I had need to call customer service and they never actioned what we discussed and forgot to call me back to confirm. She was lovely but caused a 2 week delay in receiving my table.

It's great to see our product gets 5 stars, but clearly, we could have done better overall.
I've reached out to my colleague to understand further what happened. I can see that within minutes of your call, she did email the workshop requesting your order be added back onto the delivery run for the Thursday in question as originally planned. Unfortunately, this message was missed by the workshop resulting in the delay of 8 days for the team to get back out to you with your order.
I can confirm we are working with the workshop to improve our processes for such an event, to ensure this doesn't happen again.
On behalf of Hemming & Wills, i'm sorry things didn't go as smoothly as they could have. Your feedback is being used to ensure we offer the very best service possible to all our future customers.

Stunning bespoke dining table!
Not only an absolutely beautiful table that is a perfect focal point, but one that has changed the dining experience of my wheelchair bound son. Gary was a huge help in arranging the making of a completely bespoke table to enable my son’s bulky wheelchair to fit under the table. This required adding height to the actual frame and a wider table top than shown on the webpage. The wood top is stunning and beautifully finished. I opted for the spray coat in a matt black, which is also beautifully finished. The table was completed ahead of schedule and a delivery date arranged to fit around my availability. The delivery was prompt. Two professional and friendly gentleman came to put the table together. The table was very well wrapped. However, it had sadly received a very small dent in transit. The delivery men had equipment with them, with the small area soon sanded and restained, with no evidence that it had ever been there. The customer service pre and post purchase has been outstanding. This small company produces quality furniture and is run by people with integrity and big hearts; they deserve every success! I highly recommend Hemming and Wills! Thank you Gary and your exceptional team.

Fantastic product and service
Delivery was pretty quick for such a large piece of furniture, the guys delivered and assembled the table for us and then gave us a quick rundown on how to look after the furniture well. Not only that the table and benches are fantastic. Thank you!
