My 16 year old Yorkie eye signs is being restored one drop at a time each day and I am very pleased with the product.

Product was late arriving, to the point we ran out thus affecting treatment of dog's cataracts.
Product was shipped from your Los Angeles warehouse rather than your Ottawa warehouse, which had an impact on collection of costs for the product being imported into Canada. Charges had to be paid at the door to postal delivery person.

Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Ordered the 2-10 Ml bottle of Lumen pro and one of the bottles was a little defective. Emailed customer service at Lumen Pro and they sent out a replacement bottle and it arrived in about 5 days compared to the first order that took ten days.If the product works after 5-6 weeks I will order more otherwise I won't bother

Have diabetic poodle and this helps him see better, since we can't afford to have cataract surgery. He's been getting the drops for a couple years now. So glad I stumbled upon this option!!

The package arrived quickly, in good shape. I have started treating my dog Jan 11 but have not seen an improvement in his cataracts to this point. I am not yet through the first bottle of drops. I have great hopes. He can only distinguish between light and dark. Today is the 20th day of treatment. The drops seem to be tolerated well but he doesn't like things being dropped into his eyes. There doesn't seem to be any irritation after the fact.

So far I believe I can see an improvement in my little Jack Russell’s eyes. “Willy” is starting to notice things at a greater distance such as other people and dogs coming towards us when we are taking walks in the afternoon. Also he is not cocking his head in order order to focus on what treat I am handing him to eat. I will keep on using this product and hopefully his eyes will totally clear up

These guys go above and beyond to help our little ones out. The product does work, and the success will depend on variables with the health of the animal, cataract severity, and dosage. It's well worth the $$$ to have my little one with me having good days!

I ordered drops for my cat's eyes and the delivery was very quick but not quick enough for my cat who had passed. I send an email to the company and they were very sympathetic and refunded my money. I wish all customer services were like this company.

eight weeks to receive my product. I paid extra for quicker delivery. Company promised me a refund on the delivery. Never received. Company offered me refund on my product because I never received it. Never received a refund. After 8 weeks I received my product. But before that I contacted by email customer service at least 12 times. At first they promised me refunds. After that they were ignoring all my emails. Even though I received my product very very late. Customer service is really really poor. Do not buy from this company

I have a diabetic dog and I purchased LumenPro eyedrops to try delay the cataracts that my dog has developed. For the second time I have received product with the expiration date in the same month. I ordered a triple pack which arrived in November 2020, with all 3 bottles expiration dates 2020-11. Second time it’s happened which is frustrating when you spend $250 including shipping.
