Please take care! Although it was a British website and British despatch site, the return centre is China, at your own expense. I ordered a dress which looked nothing like the picture, it was very cheap looking. If you look carefully, the pictures are manipulated. I complained and they refunded me half the cost and the dress went to the charity shop, which was at least something. Their policy and pictures need more open honesty.

Ich habe zu kleine Schirts ohne Schilder Qualitativ schlechte Ware erhalten wert über 40€ wenn ich das Packet zurücksenden soll kostet es 42€ Versand da es nach China soll daher wird 8,..€ angeboten das man es dann berhalten kann ich fühle mich einfach nur betrogen
Ich kann gern allen die Wahre zeigen! Ich bin stinke sauer auf den Bilderbetrug alle Knöpfe waren aufgedruckt die vorm schrecklich

Sehr schlecht! Warte nun mehr als 5 Wochen auf mein neues Handy und es kommt einfsch nicht. Auf Emails wird entweder nur rasch geantwortet und nicht hilfreich oder aber GAR NICHT! Das einzig gute ist, ich habe das Handy per Raten Zahlung klarna gekauft. Somit wird klarna erst abbuchen wenn das Gerät da ist und gut funktioniert! Vorher habe ich die Bestellung pausiert! Das war das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe! Finger weg!

I ordered 3 items, of which 1 wasn't sent. The items were too small and lower quality than expected. I contacted them for a return/refund and they said I had to pay for returns or get a voucher. I chose to return my items, which cost me £17. However, it would seem that my package has either gotten lost or they're pretending they didn't receive it. So not only did I not get a refund but I paid £17 extra. It's not worth it, do not buy from the UK!

I bought a mobile pfone "Ulefone Power Armor 18T" almost 30% cheaper than if I would buy it via any other shop in Sweden. Ok, I was waiting for about 1,5 months, but that long delivery time was expected. And I got my phone with all special accessories I purchased in perfect shape as expected.
At first I was doubtful about this company - many negative reviews, but I tried to buy from them anyhow as the discount they gave was huge. And I did not regret. Many thanks for that :)

Ich bin total enttäuscht über diese Firma und Qualität der Produkte. Ich hatte mir extra ein Kleid aus dem 24 Std Sortiment ausgesucht, was leider erst nach einer Woche ankam. Also zu spät für die Feier für die es gedacht war. Da ich bis auf die letzte Minute gehofft hatte, musste ich mir am Tag der Feier in der Stadt ein anderes kaufen. Außerdem sieht das Kleid auf dem Foto viel viel besser aus, von der Qualität ganz zu schweigen.
Die Jacke ist ein einziger Sack… einfach nur katastrophal und die Größenangaben stimmen nicht. Nun wollte ich alles zurück schicken und schon der nächste Schreck. Es soll nach China und die Kosten sind selbst zu tragen. Das war mir bei der Bestellung nicht bekannt, denn sonst hätte ich gar nicht erst bestellt. Für mich ein absolutes Desaster!!!
Ich kann Hekka somit absolut NICHT!!!! empfehlen.
Eins muss ich allerdings noch erwähnen. Als ich den Rücksendeantrag in die Wege geleitet hatte, bekam ich ziemlich schnell Antwort. Also wenigstens das hat gut funktioniert, auch wenn sie nicht das enthielt, was ich erwartet hatte.

Das einzige Gute war, dass ich Gott sei Dank das Geld für nicht lieferbare Sachen (hat man ca 5 Wochen nach Bestellung gemerkt dass sie nicht lieferbar sind) zurück erhalten habe. Lieferung dauerte durchschnittlich 8 Wochen. Ware so dermaßen schlecht!!!!! Nie wieder!!!!!

J’aurais aimé vous mettre en photo ce que j’ai commandé VS ce que j’ai reçu, malheureusement on ne peut pas ajouter de photos. Du cuir on passe au plastique et des clous en cuivre à des boules de plastiques collés.
Commandé le 11 octobre 2022 pour Noël, reçu le 2 février. Service client indéréglable, ils ne comprennent rien ou ils font bien semblant.

Auch ich bin reingefallen,Lange Wartezeitenund dann der Reinfall. Die Sachen haben eine ganz schlechte Qualität,reines Synthetik.Sah auf den Bildern so schön aus. Habe es auch der Firma geschrieben,habe dann 7 Prozent zurückerstattet bekommen.Das alleine ist schon eine Frechheit.Scheint so eine Masche zu sein .Denn man kann die Ware nicht zurück schicken,da es teuer wird.Das wird hier definitiv ausgenutzt. So kann man auch Geld machen und ich werde dort definitiv nie mehr kaufen.Das Geld ist ist futsch,aber man ist wieder um eine Erfahrung reicher.Kann jedem nur raten ,den Plunder nicht zu kaufen.

Im totally satisfied with Hekka experience. I ordered Poco x5 pro after one week of waiting I texted the consultant and he replied in a minutes. He said they haven't got any more phones left so they will do them best to ship it as soon as possible and after one more week it arrived. Untill I was waiting i got few discount codes as a compensation of waiting. And Im living in UK it's normal to wait two weeks untill orders arrive from China.

Product faulty after 171 days, offers 20% refund (should be total refund). You get what you pay for if you deal with this mob.

Was also told that rechargeable batteries only last 2-3 months and the dead battery after 2-3 is expected behaviour.

Full refund received after a bit of back and forth but ultimately they did this and communication was prompt. 1 Star now to 3 star

The parcel was never delivered to me, they said its an abnormal address but its a large factory that i receive multiple deliveries to every day, all delivery details were correct. So, the parcel was returned, they never received it back to them so obviously something has gone seriously wrong. They are now complaining they are at a loss and want to give me 50% refund! how is this acceptable. Order: 828261675237078

После двух недель перестал работать, уже в течение двух месяцев не могу ничего добиться от магазина и гарантии .

Betrug durch und durch. Nach 12 Wochen wurde die Ware nur zum Teil geliefert und dann auch nur unter Nachdruck. Auf Mails wird gar nicht mehr reagiert. Warte seit November auf meine Hose die angeblich geliefert wurden ist im Januar und habe bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Finger weg.
