This IS A SCAM! I Ordered clothes over a month ago and have yet to receive updates. I have also emailed the two different emails posted for customer service. Why is their two different ones? Sent several emails. Don’t waste your money on this company

Purchased 3 dresses. When they arrived they were of terrible quality and were faulty. I asked for refund. Was offered $16 (I spend $135). I declined the offer and sent the items back (at my expense) for full refund. I have been chasing them for the last 3 months with no response. Terrible company. Will never deal with them again.

If I could give them 0 stars that's what they get. Ordered 2 dresses never got them but I got confirmation same day and they charged my card same day 3 weeks later multiple emails to them no response no tracking number it was never sent. SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

Steal your money and never send you anything

I paid 48$ for a dress and they don’t want to refund me. They just offer 8$ as a refund as their factory is in china, this company is a joke!!! Don’t buy!!!!

Horrible! I ordered stuff for an event I’m going to in March. I payed extra for speedy delivery. I have never received anything, I have tried to contact them but no response. They also have another account named Fededress. Beware!!!

I havent recieved anything, its been almost 2 months

Complete and total scam!!!! Ordered 4 dresses on January 10th. I paid an extra $25 to have the items rushed (website said 2-4 working days.) That was over a month ago. I did, however receive one of the dresses a couple of days ago. Sadly, it looks used and is completely different from the website. I’m so furious that I got duped. Please do not ever have any to do with this company. What a waste of around $200. Hard lesson to learn. Just wanted to warn others !

Yes total scam also didn’t get a refund, after sending they items back to them for my money 😩, just lost so much money.

Stay well clear of this company
Stay well clear of this company. I ordered 3 items worth £90 and agreed to return them at my own cost. The quality and fit were not right.
I returned these items on the 4th October and am still fighting for a refund, inspite of them having proof of postage from the courier. It would now appear that information requested by english Customs hasnt been provided so the parcel is now stuck in Heathrow. I now have to raise a dispute with my credit card company which we all know takes time and effort. I really wish i hadnt bought anything from Heididress it's a dreadfull company to deal with.

Total scam. Sent an item back for a return and they said they haven't received it even though it was sent by registered mail and Australia Post confirmed it had been signed for. Have contacted them 4 times since and absolutely no reply.

This company is selling women's clothing, I ordered a jacket, and ordered a size up since a couple of reviews indicated they run small. The jacket is still very tight so I am returning. Their website says you have to email customer service to get return information. It took 3 emails before I got an email back saying they were sorry, and just give the jacket to someone who could wear it. I wrote back that I wanted to return for a refund, they again answered they would give me $4.00. The jacket was $39.99. It is a total rip off of customers. They advertise on Facebook, and all should voice their opinion there as well. I will. No refund policy, just give it away to someone else. A complete joke.
