My experience was bad
My experience was bad. My order was expensive. Received order in a slightly more than a reasonable amount of time. Opened the packaged. Not one item was as anywhere near the photo on the website. All items I ordered were a men’s xl or larger. The items looked so small they could fit a 10year old around the waist. The lengths were fine. The material was shiny and cheap looking. I should have just gone to Myer it would have been cheaper. I’m not even going to return the items because they took so long to send me the return form, that I had to chase up. There is no possible way I can get it back to china in the 30day limit. It states no guarantee of refund, so you have just paid shipping for nothing.
The website blew me away. Prices are mid range, everything looked so nice. Was left so disappointed. I don’t think I will online shop anymore. I can’t even give these ideas away, it’s too embarrassing.

I ordered a dress and it was $75 and said 100% money back guarantee if in 30 days HASSLE FREE they said.
The dress when arrived was nothing like the image on the website poor quality and terrible. When requested a refund , was offered 10% of value to keep it or pay myself to return it to China and they deduct 15% for collecting and looking over the clothing - warehouse fee they called it
All the cost to return is borne by you and is expensive so my advice is save your self grief and don’t buy from this site!

The lace maxi surprised me in the best way. I expected it to feel a little stiff but it was soft enough for a full dinner out. The shape was flattering without feeling tight. Shipping took about a week which was fine for me.

Poor quality products
Looks like a European or American site but is actually from China. So you can imagine the quality and the after care service.
Personally found the shoes to be poor quality. Most of the items bought looked like the image advertised but cheaper in reality. Sizes varied and didn’t fit properly. When requested a refund , was offered 10% of value to keep it.
I returned it and am waiting to see whether they would actually refund like the website claims. All the cost to return is borne by you and is pretty expensive so my advice is save your self grief and don’t buy from this site!

Poor quality products - don’t bother!
The quality of the jacket purchased was very poor for the price. The fabric was cheap and the finish was poor and looked very different to the photographs on the website.
A refund was requested and I was then advised that there would be a 15% reduction on the refund for a “restocking” fee. I won’t be purchasing anything further from this site.

Beware
Beware! I normally check reviews before I buy. This time I didn't and I regret that decision. I bought a pair of boots. When they arrived, after a very long delivery period, they looked nothing like the photo on the website. There were no tags, labels, nothing to say what material they were made from, no size written inside the boot. They were made from was some very inferior synthetic material. The company's return policy was virtually non-existent. I contacted the company asking for details on their return address. They were very polite and apologetic, but I had to pay for tracked postage to China, then I may have to pay Customs Fees and then Harperwears would take 15% of the price paid to them for restocking fees. So I would probably no get any refund by the time I'd paid all that. What a scam! I've just thrown the boots in the bin as the quality is so poor I'd be embarrassed to donate them to the Op Shop. $60 down the drain.
